Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): I am a 15 year old Male living in [REDACTED] Illinois. I am a Freshman in High School. I like playing Gmod and I love SCP RP especially, and I am pretty good with electronics. I also love history and especially WW1, as that is one of my favorite subjects in history to learn and study.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I want to join the forums team because I want to help regulate the forums and make it a better and more happier place. I also want to help this community grow and one way to do that is to be a forums staff and I believe that I can help this server by becoming one. Which is why I am applying for this position.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I am constantly on the forums looking at everything and I can easily learn everything that there is to learn about being a staff member. I also am extremely dedicated to this server and like to spend time on it. I also know right from wrong and can look at the facts before doing anything. I can help mediate discussions between people and keep toxic behavior off of the forums.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): I think that I should be picked for forums staff because I am extremely dedicated, easily can learn, am active constantly, and I can be a good mediator in arguments or a good judge when deciding punishment. I love this server and which is why that I will follow the rules to the letter and help this server and it's forums grow as big as it can go. Which is why I believe that I should be picked over other applicants for this job position in the revival servers forums staff team.

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): I usually check forums about every 45 minutes whenever I am not at school
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): I am in High School
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: I can be very active however with forums that would not be my area of expertise.

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) Well what I would do personally would be to drop the argument altogether or take it to Direct Messages as if they wish to discuss it further they must do so not in other people's way whenever they are trying to just browse the forums. Especially if they are unclear in what they are trying to argue about, then it just turns into a huge mess.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 word recommended) Well I would tell them to delete or edit their post immediately if they refuse then I will take down the post myself, and if they repost it again I will warn them and take it down. If they put it up again then I will contact higher staff so that they may deal with the situation however they want.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I would remove these posts and give them a warning again, however I would immediately call higher management so that they may deal with the situation, because racism is not tolerated on the server nor is harassing other players verbally. This would be unacceptable behavior and would most likely result in them getting banned or demoted.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) I would immediately tell the person who is harassing people to quit. If they fail to comply I would most likely warn them, and if they continue get someone to ban them off of the forums as harassing players is not tolerated under any circumstances by anybody. They should not be doing this behavior and would be warned or banned almost immediately after failing to comply.
