|Backstory|
Earlylife: Veraana Boninianus was born in May 10th, 2163 on the human calendar. Born into a military family, her mother was a general and her father was a respected lieutenant, from the age of 4 she was groomed for military service, being disciplined at a military level as well as trained to an extreme. At the age of 10 her grandfather was killed in active duty when some blue sun mercs attacked a Turian military compound and killed all stationed there. She gave her a burning hatred for the blue suns and the other merc groups like them. At the age of 12 her father started grooming her to be a field officer, teaching her turian tactics and strategy, she never took well to the lessons and was considerably better in the fighting aspect of being a soldier, taking up marksmanship and hand to hand combat with ease, she enlisted at the age of 16 with the hope that she would get the chance to strike at the merc groups she so hated.
Military Career: Enlisting at the age of 16, Veraana Boninianus had high expectations put on her. Coming from a family with a large military background her name was known and because of this the instructors of her basic training drove her harder then most of the other recruits. She excelled at the physical aspects of her training as well as her ability to work with her unit though she fell short in her leadership abilities, prone to impatience and high levels of aggression she made a poor leader and would often tear apart her squad mates when she was put incharge of training exercises. At the end of her basic training she was passed up for going to officer training. Her father was disappointed in her for this, though he was still glad to see she was in the military. She went into active service immediately, being assigned to a patrol frigate that saw active service along the border of the terminus systems, she was placed here because of her exceptional skill in combat. Even with the dangerous assignment she was not contempt with the constant idleness on board the ship, this lead her to getting into several violent confrontations with other crew men, they were never enough to lead to her discharge but she was assigned a therapist to help with her aggression. She saw combat many times over the course of her 5 years with the military though because of her violent conduct she was passed up for promotion many times, this lead to her leaving the Turian military. Her entire family was angry with her, she has been excommunicated by all of them.
C-Sec Career: After her time in the military and her family excommunicating her she moved to the citadel and joined C-Sec hoping she would get more of a chance to advance and still get to deal with mercs. Early in her career she was flagged by her hatred for merc groups and was picked up by a C-Sec organized crime task force, this lead to her being at the forefront of several large busts of merc groups operating on the citadel and she quickly gained prestige as one of the better and more dedicated officers in her unit. Though problems soon arose as she started being aggressive with suspects and and soon got her first suspension for abusing a prisoner. After her next 5 suspension she was assigned a shrink to help her with her aggression and provide evaluations on her mental fitness for the job. She was suspended 2 more times, the final time resulted in her beating a detained suspect within an inch of his life, after this she was discharged from C-Sec and blacklisted from all law enforcement agencies that take turians.
After C-Sec: Once being discharge from C-Sec she took a few odd jobs working private security before finally looking for work with a PMC in hopes she could get back to what she was good at, this is how she found the ship New Eden, she inquired about work and gave them her extensive resume, they have yet to get back to her.
What is your character's goal aboard the ship? Why were they hired by New Eden? : She hopes to get back to what she has been trained to do her whole life, fight. She was hired for her combat abilities specifically as a marksman and CQC specialist.
