Admin for Colossal Gaming Star Wars RP – I would to train some of the staff team and would issue bans/kicks when required. Would also deal with more complicated situations as well as create events for players to enjoy.
Moderator for Ozzy Gaming (Arma 3) Support for Project Life (Arma 3) (This role just meant I would interview people who wanted to join the community, as well as accepting and declining people) I left these servers for essentially two different reasons; because the community was dying/server shutdown, and also because I dedicated so much time for the servers over the years but all my ideas would get shut down and thrown out the window.

Name 5 Server Rules and explain the meaning of them -
RDM- Rendom Death match meaning killing somone without resaon
FailRp - Doing somhting that you shouldnt be able to do in IC
ERP- sexual rp (self-explanatory)
VDM- same as RDM but ueing a vehicle
Metagame - somthing that is OOC brought into IC and not know in IC
Name 5 IC Rules and explain the meaning of them -
Names- names can't be the same on every job meaning info can't be pasted to other characters to
NCO - anyone that a E4 + must train new players.
Voice Chat is IC- Meaning anything you say can be used in IC.
Leaving Faction's - Must wait 1 day before moving on and if NCO + must lead CO know
Command jobs- You many only ever hold 1 command position at a time mean only 1 character can

I, Dylan Mendoza, have acknowledged that I have read the constitution for Revival Servers at http://revivalservers.com/constitution/ and fully understand how to abide by the rules
I,Dylan Mendoza, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Dylan Mendoza am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I Dylan Mendoza also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I Dylan Mendoza Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
I Dylan Mendoza swear that if I commit any acts, such as Violating Community Standard's Or Acts Such as Treason Towards the Server Or Community, I can and will be removed from Staff and Banned From Revival Servers, as it is a Just Punishment for Crimes committed.
