He never takes the easy way out of a situation if it requires his attention. A consistent ability to make creative and effective solutions to problems he is faced with. Horizon never backs down nor gives in, regardless of the time or effort required.
OPERATION HISTORY: E231(formerly P231) Horizon was consistently deployed in conflicts with P288 CPO Steele, P291 CR Ventral, and P234 CN Hollow at Covenant strongholds that were developing on Reach in a effort to maintain the Eastern front. They were equipped with Semi Powered Infiltration Armor and Over the course of 1 month of operations, all but P288 Steele and E231 Horizon were killed in combat. P288 Steele and E231 Horizon, due to their success in the field, were given Mjolnir Armor and were pulled from Reach as it was falling. Over the course of 1 year, they were then deployed to Octanus IV, a planet the UNSC are still currently fighting URF forces on. P288 Steele died due to unknown circumstances after a mission to destroy the URF in the town of [REDACTED - RED LEVEL CLEARANCE REQUIRED]. E231 Horizon evacuated without her and was deployed as a sole unit for 5 years. He has been transferred to Station: Ressurection and is now assigned to Fireteam Eden
