What Forum? (BE SPECIFIC General forums, advisory board, servers, etc.):

What is it for?: Currently all of the important information for Ethics is posted on Ethics Applications, and I think we need an actual section to hold the info: Rosters, rules, and other documents. This section is also going to include sections that will increase the RP that they can do. It'll make Ethics more appealing for recruitment and give Ethics more things to do.
