I live in Great Briton and i am 16 years old. I am a big animal lover as i have five dogs and six ducks as i live on a old farm house that has a lot of land. I'm not that big on sports unless its rugby which i would normally play at school and I rather enjoy doing it, but i mainly spend my days playing games like G'mod as i spend at least three hours a day on it (i'm so sad i know) I live with only my Mum and my older brother making me the youngest in the family.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days):
I have been here for a very long time as i was here close to the launch of the snowy map but then took a large break extending past a few months, but my current server time is three weeks and three days
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: Ive never broken a single rule to the stage I've never been in trouble with MP's let alone server staff

I am on everyday week days for atleast three hours plus and on weekends im on from the moment i get up (11am) and get of the moment i go to sleep unless a social interaction interveins (I normally go to bed at 2am the next day)

I am able to be on duty whenever i am on but it will be best if it is on the weekends

I have not been staff before but am willing to learn and be a effective part of the team and am willing to do anything to secure my place as staff then continue to do it if i make staff, even if its doing some of the worst job's, it really doesn't matter to me as i'm wanting to become staff to support the people of the server and allow them to have fun and enjoy them self's without having to put up with minging and fail RP. I want to be staff so people can do there serious role play, I want to be staff to allow the common player reach there full potential without the minges shooting them down, I want to be staff to let the players of our community succeed in there goals!
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan to benefit the server by stopping the hateful minges who only wish to bring harm to our Halo role play server and stop those that are actually willing to RP and stand out among the rest, as there are many people kept in the shadows in there moments of glory blocked by the minges and people who only wish to fail RP and ruin our excellent experience that Revival servers provide

A minge is someone who holds no regard for server rules and there only objective is to RUIN the given Rp by either Mass RDM'ing failing to follow server rules ECT
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I would first bring them to a place were there is no one present to attract little attention then make sure they understand why there with me and what there doing wrong in detail give them a verbal warning then if they continue bring them back once again explain what they did wrong and give them a warning then on the third time of them repeatedly doing it i would kick them from the server
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
Fail RP is when someone breaks character while still acting in IC like insulting a commanding officer, failing to follow simplistic orders, bringing OOC into IC. Fail RP its self can either be a mistake by someone new who was just unaware of what new rules the server has to Fail rp like ERP and drug RP or someone coming on to Fail rp on purpose.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
I would explain to them what they have done wrong the explain what is and is not classed as fail RP so they understand for the future not to break the rules but if they did there would be a verbal warning then a warning leading to a kick if repeated again.

R(andom)D(eathmatch)M(atch) is when without warning someone engages another person in combat and kills them with out any warning nor the other person accepting the duel however all battle should happen in the sim room so no one IC actully dies
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would first see the situation if it was someone got cought in the cross fire of a another sim battle i would just say for the person killed to not be in the way then the person who killed to whatch there fire but if it was on purpose i would ask them if they new what they did wrong then explain even if they say yes to make sure and go straight in with a warning if they do it again i would kick if they did come back and RDM once more i would be so kind to give them a 1 hour ban.

Trolling to me is slimier to minging and Fail rp which is have zero regards to server rules and intends to break them and is more serious than Fail RP but less than minging to me its more of a middle ground

I would first bring them to a place with were we would not be noticed ask what there doing and why there doing it and then go to explain what they have done wrong and what rules they have broken then if they continue after my verbal warning i would bring them back ask why there still doing it and give them a actul warning then if i get more reports of the same person still trolling I would kick them after having one final chat with them to see if they can defend them self's or at least admin to trolling

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
well before it got to IC i would try and settle the situation but if that failed and they battled IC and started turning it into a RDM session I would bring them to me stop them from fighting see what the argument was about and resolve it to the best of my ability but even after that they continued to RDM each other i would treat it like a RDM case
