GM of the Week (Shinobi) (Halo RP)

Its been 2 months since I got GM of the week. Atlas still has not paid me. I'm not acting greedy but he's put me off so many times. Every time I ask, he asks for my PayPal and then does nothing! I've been waiting patiently to get this, but that has a limit. It's been TWO WHOLE MONTHS! Please resolve this issue.
