Question given to candidates: Why do you believe you are able to reach the lower levels of the player base?

Mercury: Because I am one of the lower level people in the player base and I constantly see the issues facing the server. The main ones in my opinion is the relationship between the marines and ONI/Spartans.
Kovalic: 100% I've worked for the last couple months trying to assist the little people of the server to make them for comfortable
Sin/Terra: Well firstly I am a GySgt for Rhino. I talk to the marines and interact with them daily. As it is not just Marines, I have been a terrible minimum one of each faction on the server. I enjoy gaining knowledge and to asking to them to see what their problems are in general. If they have any problems, or in general need anything. I’ve been on serverside for just about two years now so I usually know everything that’s going on by now. I would definately love the opportunity to help reach the lower part of the player base and make sure everything is alright, Marines are the easiest to talk to, so we can range from them to beginner Naval, SOS, and if so ONI and Freelancers. I would always be around asking questions, and general opinions if the server that I could help change.
Aible Reins/ Wicker Pax: Since I have joined I have been a large proponent of connecting with players. I actively seek training to be one of the first welcoming faces for new players. Since I joined, I have been able to talk and connect with players at all levels. I have pushed for large changes to the server that have, over time, had success of implementation and improving quality of life. Any sort of push I have made always starts with consulting the community and getting the best possible solution for as many groups as I can.
Cayde: I believe I am able to reach the lower levels of the player base because I am known by different people and through simply interacting with them through wanting to know their feedback they would be more than happy to talk and let me know their thoughts.
Hoskins: Because I have really good communication skills and I know how to make someone want to answer my questions.
Omzie Zayat: I have been on the server for a while. I acted as Head of staff and since being on the server have been able to befriend most of who interact with me.
Jarl/Jerel: I am a Game maker. I have been one for a while now. and being able to talk with the people about how fun or not fun the event is came natural to me because of OOC chat. When I saw something that people complained about I tried to fix it. There are sometimes when I wasn't able to help them and had to tell them to basically suck it up but, If I get this new role I know I can talk with every faction, regular player, non regular player, Staff and GM team to make sure their voice is at least heard about what content or fixes they want to see on the server they get on everyday for. I know all types of players all the way from ONI Director down to NCO of marines, I have talked with them about they like and don't like about the server plenty. I strongly believe that this is the role for me.
Silent: In being apart of the lower level of the player base I know how they see the server as and in being in their shoes I can get a better idea of what they want or what they need spin getting the rank I know that not all thing they want can happen or is reasonable so I can have a balance of both.
Sparrow: I believe that I am a good fit for that role because I am in the lower levels of the player base and I understand the wants of many lower leveled players.

Mercury: Usually on an hour every day.
Kovalic: I'm on for at least 2 hours a day and always available when needed
Sin/Terra: I’m usually on 4-6 times a week minimum. Ranging from different varieties as it is the summer time. I have an active schedule and im almost always around on discord, ts, and in server.
Aible Reins/ Wicker Pax: I am active most days on server during the summer. when I am away from the computer I check discord several times a day. I can be reached in a relatively short period of time on any day.
Cayde: Daily, allowing time to make sure I can get a hold of as many factions as possible.
Hoskins: I work Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday however I possibly could get on before work Saturday or after work Sunday, other than that I'm active Monday Tuesday and Wednesday pretty much the entire day.
Omzie Zayat: 5 days a week unless I'm rather chock a block on my schedule with Caretaking for mother and hospital visits. However I have proven very active when it matters most and am able to keep that up.
Jarl/Jerel: I am on everyday, have been for over 8 months now.
Silent: My activity is really active right now and will continue to be like that
Sparrow: I’m online usually 5/7 days of the week for around 2-6 hours
