It's been a long while. How do promos work? I ask because I could have sworn that my fren Aurora was a PVT a week ago, and now he's a 1st Sgt. If that's all legit, it sure gets me excited. Gosh dang am I confused.

I was a SGT, got promoted to 1st Sgt because I did good, I was active everyday. I trained recruits, I set patrol, I set up sims.

Because he/she started out last month in April if you haven't noticed but was stuck at SGT for a good while (It was not a week you were stuck it was two) On top of that the Lima company CO can decided for a replacement for 1st sergeant and his XO he's missing so COC needs to be reestablished

promos happen if you do good, easy as that

And the other things? What, do we not longer have promo days? I am so fucking confused and nobody is answering the other questions. Promos have ALWAYS happened if you do good, but what about the other things?!

Promos happen for NCO every 1-2 weeks starting at CPL until you reach GySGT where you stall for a good while until CO promotes you from the division. we don't do Promo days because it increased lack of NCO all together and we will never have any other NCO's if we kept it that way. I am trying to fix the COC of it being broken for a good while

Do we still have "promo days", like, if we HAD NCOs would they happen, or were they just scrapped entirely?

We usually do NCO tests on Friday's now for LCPL to advance further into the NCO area. but a set date for a Promo day is gone.
