Having trouble accessing the C menu for weapons

So I have had this issue for a long time now, and I only have it on server. I looked up a guide

and the recommendations required the server operator to actually type a command in the console. (I tried and the console tole me it could not be fixed client side)
@Simons Is there any way you can help?


The OTHER way I saw of fixing it is server side as well.

If you open the Q menu> move to options tab in the TOP RIGHT of the screen, under the TFA weapons categorey is the SERVER/Admin Selection.> There is a check box to 'enable custom C-Menu'

which may solve the issue

This issue sounds like an isolated one meaning that it relates to an issue with your addons or the server itself. However you said its only on server.
