So I was accepted back into the development team yay. My job as a Server developer is to make sure the server is running in good condition, make jobs/updates and also post updates regarding the server and what changes are being made. I'm here for the community and I work for the community, If you want to suggest something to be put in please make a forum post and I will reply and notify the E.L(s), Manager and William.

I currently have a Trello set up where you can see whats is being worked on and what is going to be added in the future.

Unfortunately I don't have the skill to fix a bug on the map and I wish I could fix it, my job is to make sure the server is running in good condition I also have the task in adding stuff like new jobs, addons, etc. I hope you understand.

No I can't fix it, I need superadmin perms on the server to work on it, and I don't have it unfortunately.
