I wish to appeal my ban of one week of supposed breaking of rules. and admin abuse of power not willing to listen to reason and give fair punishment.

like to a T this what happened I got my own area in the sim room to tell real army stories. was talking to this guy cause he wanted to join the real army and I've served. this ODST and spartan walk in being hella loud I tell em to fuck off they didn't and kept being loud and wouldn't go away so I said out of anger by that point bitch ass ODST then capped em. in the sim room. the ODST came back bitching and whining to oak the admin at the time. then they go on some BS trying to say I was mass RDM then when I said its the sim room your allowed to kill in here then he went onto some BS saying I need consent from that person in the SIM ROOM like wtf. well before I could even finish my half of the story he says it doesn't matter. then hits me with a 1 week ban from the server and wiped my character. then I went to the navel chat to get help and they all agreed shouldn't be a 1 week ban. then oak comes into navel and bans me from the guild itself .so I message him directly and told him I'm willing to accept my ban even though i did nothing to truly ban me. But let me stay in swordfish at least. then he went on about I broke the rules blah blah pulled up some stuff on briefing and debriefing that there is no RDM during those and i told him what does that have to do with anything i was in the SIM room and there was no training no meetings nothing but MY area that THEY interrupted. so i looked all through general and navel rules and there is nothing not a fucking thing about needing consent to RDM in the SIM ROOM. dude just wanted to ban me cause his butt buddy ODST got shot for being rude and interrupting my area when another admin put that box area up for me in the sim room to tell real life army stories. so by no account accept for calling the ODST bitch ass was i in the wrong. and feel my ban was unjust when only rule i may of broke was calling a name,

grant yes i was drunk at the time but i was still plenty sober enough to talk things over like adults but nope they wanted to be children. i was just chilling telling stories and got did dirty.

The consent for killing in the SSR has been around for months. Your blatant ignorance of the rules is only the fault of your own. Also, the Naval Chat did not condone your actions - you're actually blacklisted for this. Your inability to truly accept any semblance of consequence or responsibility for your actions, combined with your blatant ignorance of the rules show me you deserve a harsher punishment, not a lessened one.
