Name 5 Server Rules stated on the Rules Mega Doc and explain the meaning of them - No DDOS Threats (Meaning threaten to shut down the server using a external source to deactivate the IP address in a way), No RDM (Don't shoot someone for no reason as it can lead to more conflict and IC action), No FailRP (Don't fly around as a marine and say your an AI when in reality your a Human), No racism or hate speech of any kind (Don't walk up to someone and slam the hard ER on the table as that is offensive and disrespectful as well as call someone a name because of what they do for a living, what they look like or how they act), No ERP (Meaning don't sit there and have sex with another marine.)
Name 5 IC Rules stated on the Rules Mega Doc and explain the meaning of them - Names must be realistic (Cant have a name such as JumpMonkey, That's more of a gamertag for Xbox. A proper name would be Joshua, Kevin, Kimmy, John, Doe, etc.) Only E4+ may train RCTs (Meaning Corporals and higher may get pulled for training new members to the server.) All discord RP separate from on GMOD (Something that happens in discord cant reflect or be talked about in game. Its like having two different universes, kind of like Marvel and their movies but if they never met in person.) HoRP has final say on RP situations (If the HoRP says stop its voided never happened, don't speak of it, don't continue to do it, don't argue with him/her) Once dead you forget what has happened before (If you get killed and base is being attacked and see someone running with their weapon out go and ask "Whats going on?" and if they tell you its being attacked you can continue to fight, or if you see in communications "Marines down Airfield!" you can run and fight again. Only when something in IC shows or says something of those lines or gets told to "Follow me." you then act as if you never been in that place before.)

I, <IFat1gue>, have acknowledged that I have read the constitution for Revival Servers at http://revivalservers.com/constitution/ and fully understand how to abide by the rules
I,<IFat1gue>, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I <IFat1gue> am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I <IFat1gue>also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
