What forum experience do you have? (Please specify what communities you have worked for and what you had to do): I have worked with many forum platforms and many communities which I talk about later in this application. I have lots of experience with MyBB and XenForo.
Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?: I have one warning for replying on my developer application as far as I know.
Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): Hello, my name is Matthew, I go by Instakill to everyone. I love to play on Revival Servers because it is a very fun community with a lot of fun people in it. Some of my favorite hobbies are tinkering with technology (like phones,computers, and other electronics) and I also love to play basketball. I enjoy playing Garry's mod and many other games like CS:GO, HOI4, NBA 2k19 and NFL 19. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and spending time with them at school. Of course I hate the school part of school, but then again who doesn't.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? I want to join the forum staff team for many reasons. The first reason I want to join is that I want to enforce the rules of this forum. I love browsing this forum because there are so many interesting topics on here but there's always some people that like to break rules so I would be glad if I could help enforce those rules. My last reason is that I also care about this community. This community is great and with a great clean communication platform, we can be even better.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? I can bring you someone who is dedicated. I can bring you someone who is active and checks daily for rule breakers. I can bring you someone who is active and replies to threads. I can bring you someone who knows how to use the administration system. I can bring you someone who has leadership skills as well as situational skills. I can bring to the table someone who knows how to deal with upset people and minges. Those are just some of the things that I can bring to this team.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? I believe I should be picked over other applicants for many reasons. One reason I should be picked over other applicants is that I have a lot of experience. I have worked for Imperium Gaming as their forums director as well I was a forum staff for Definitive Networks. Another reason I should be picked over others is that of my activity. I check the forums as you see below at least twice a day. My last reason why I should be picked over others is that I am well with a team. I can work with a team instead of being that person who always does everything by themselves.

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): I check the forums at least twice a day.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): I go to middle school.
How active will you be on the community's TS?: I am on the Teamspeak every day.
Do you meet all of the requirements?: I meet every requirement besides age.
Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? If this fighting is going on somewhere publicly like a forum post or the shoutbox I would first delete the messages and warn both parties that if it continues they will both receive a warning. (AKA give them a verbal warning first.) I would also tell them to argue it out in pm's or argue it out in a Teamspeak channel by themselves.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? I would alert the poster that he is using NSFW words and remove those words myself if necessary. If he puts those words back on his post I would take down the post and warn the said user.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? I would, of course, delete the messages and warn the Server Manager. Just because he's staff doesn't mean he has special privilege. If he continues I would try to stop him from posting and alert a higher up on the forums/Teamspeak.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? I would first delete the harassing messages and let the player know that we apologize for the harassment and that the person will be dealt with immediately. I would then contact that person telling them to stop or this will lead to further consequences. If it then continues I would warn the person harassing the other and or possibly try to make sure they can't message that person.
