Reason for ban: Spawn Camping [2 day ban]

Why you should be unbanned:
I was swimming in the river about 200 yards from the URF platform and I had seen a infantry man under the platform. I tagged his foot with my sniper and killed him. Shortly afterwards, I'd seen in OOC people were complaining about spawn camping, so I started to swim away, to relocate and distance myself because I had realized what I did would have been considered it. That was when I was banned for two days. I checked the Rules Mega-Doc for spawn camping rules, and it stated the following: "No spawn camping (if they attack you from their spawn it’s fair game, but only kill the person who attacked you.) breaking this rule will result in a kick then a ban for up to 5 days". I figured that this would weigh in on my situation due to the fact that I was banned right off the bat.
Of course, if there was an update to this rule I wasn't aware of, I'd have no problem serving out the rest of my ban. I'd also like to state that I'm sorry for doing what I had done in the first place. I understand that spawn camping can be difficult, and frustrating for those trying to enjoy their Halo RP experience.
