Reason for ban: Unknown in game, charge back / Community Ban

Why you should be unbanned: I know that I was banned for somebody paying for a donation and then withdrawing that donation. This resulted in what I believe was $15.00, removed from the server. This was almost 3 years ago now. At the time, I was in no financial ability to pay for the donation as I was not able to use PayPal. So, I am able to now pay for whatever this is and I want to come back. If this is impossible due to any circumstances I can understand.
In any case, I really want to come back and get this resolved after 3 years
