Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): I am a 17 year old man who lives in Washington. I have an interest in law Enforcement. I have been a part of RS for over a year and have found interest in it. I’ve been forum staff before and held various staff ranks including ones in upper administration and upper management.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I want to join the forum staff team because it was the first staff team I had ever joined. I’ve had a lot of fun in the forum staff team. Plus, I’ve seen that there are some new people, and as experienced as I am I would be able to help them out as they get used to things. I know what I’m doing and want to be able to contribute to the team as much as possible.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring my past experience. I was forum staff for about 5 or 6 months, and I know what I am doing. I can help new forum staff if they need assistance and overall I am professional in the workplace. I will be one of your best staff members, and will never let you down. You ask me to do something, I do it. I am a very obediant person and you will not have problems with me following orders. I am a good person to work with and I am very understanding. If people are going through issues i will be there to help because I know what thats like. These are what I will bring to the forum staff team.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): Well i mean, hey, if you want to pick someone else, by all means do. The only thing i have on most people is experience. Which is all you can really ever have more of isnt it? There may be people out there who deserve this position more than me, and im okay with that. However I do have a lot of experience even with this community, and like i said before, i know what im doing.

(50 words recommended): I’d tell them to immediately stop the arguing and take it to DMs. If they continue I delete their messages and warn them both. If they continue (In SB) I ban them from the SB. If it’s on a thread I lock the thread.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended): Remove the post, warm them, then remind them to keep it SFW.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended): Ban then from the SB. I’m assuming “SM” is now GM, and unless they are SD+ we can still enforce forum rules upon them.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) I would investigate the situation. Collect evidence, and take appropriate action and punish accordingly to the evidence I have received under the circumstances.
