Other than playing games, I used to have a bangin hot GF and we fucked every sunday (after church.) I had a pretty nice life before I was suckered into giving William all my savings bonds, and now I play halo rp as if my life depended on it.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): In game time is 6 weeks, 2 days, 11 hours and 17 mins. Actual time is a year and a half as previously stated.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: Currently definitely not a minge. a year ago I was pretty much a minge.

I havent been on* in a while but I plan on staying considering the state of affairs, and if you want someone who will adamantly do their job to the best of their ability at any given hour, then pick me.
Other candidates either feel the same way, or they're horrible candidates.
I feel like stepping on others toes are beyond me, I don't know the other candidates personally and I can't read the future. I feel like this is a question you should ask others, and then you'd get a second opinion about me.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): Being active on the server and being straightforward and helpful to those who're having problems. One man can't change everything but one man can start a ripple effect. Helping others who need assistance is the main reason why I want to be staff, and in my opinion that is the epitome of benefiting the server. Can't forget about making sure guidelines are followed. Implementing rules are for the higher ups, enforcing those rules are for me.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Because i've put a lot of time into Halorp and I did a lot within that time. Building a spartan fireteam, moving on to building other fireteams, and then instilling an active leadership within and outside of those fireteams didn't happen overnight and it wasn't all by me. Giving out an order takes a minute, but seeing that order through to completion could take months.

If it is proven that the suspect is minging, then i'd kick the individual who is minging right then and there. If no staff are on, then i'd write down the incident, talk with victim and suspect, find out if the persons minging and then kick the individual if he is proven to be minging

FailRP is Failure to Roleplay. Minging and FailRP go hand in hand. Someone who is failrping would mean that they are mass rdming, or they're ignoring med rules, pretending to know classified information outside of an event etc etc

As a tmod, i'd get an understanding of the situation. If higher ups are on then i'd inform them of the situation and leave it in their hands. If they cannot handle it then i'd have a sit with victim and suspect, find out if its his first offense and then kick the suspect if it is a repeat scenario. If it's a first time offence and it's a very light offence, i'd let them off with a warning.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): This one is easy. Let's say E302 Atlas told X125 Maddox he sucks at PVP in OOC. 20 seconds later Atlas gets blasted with Maddox's shotty out of nowhere.
What I would do is approach Maddox and explain that shooting people because of prior conversations in out of character is against the rules, and counts as RDM. If the suspect failed to understand this concept then i'd kick him from the server
