Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?: Yes, for SB and Warned. I have been warned three times for idk by Hazard (Awhile ago). And I was "banned" from SB for testing purposes.
Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): I am 17 years old and a senior in high school. I am looking to enlist in the Army as an EOD or a Cav Scout within the next year. I want to go to college to be a History Teacher or Science Teacher. Also, I have GMOD Modeling experience as I made models that crashed people.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I would like to join forum staff because @Omni said I'd be good at it as I am a responsible and respected or respectable person. I also am very active on the forums as I spend most of my day on here. I am qualified in certain ways as I have always had A's in my English class and I am very picky on grammar.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring a healthy, fun, and safe benefit to the forum staff and to the community itself if I am accepted. I say this because I don't deal with school shooting jokes, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind (relating to religion and skin tone also). I also am a very respectful person and will make sure all rules, laws, etc are followed to the correct point. I also am a funny but serious person at times. Lastly, I can make the community feel safe.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): I believe I should be picked over other applicants mostly because unlike most of the applicants, I know the basics of working a forums, and some of the more advanced stuff, such as some of the stuff in the admin panel. I can work through the forums somewhat quickly and accurately, showing my abilities to help someone either navigate through the forums, or helping them with an issue that they are having. I also believe I should be picked over others because I know how to handle criticism, whether it be positive or negative, and take it with with a positive attitude.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) First off, I would ask them nicely to stop fighting and ask them to take it to a conversation before eventually deleting their comments. If the two continued to fight in the thread, I would then be forced to lock it and pull the two into a group conversation or teamspeak. I would start off by asking them why they were fighting in the thread, and try to help them resolve their issues.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 word recommended) I would start off by warning the post creator(s) and deleting the post(s). If they created another post with NSFW content, I would warn them again and delete their post. If they did it for a third time, I would have to give them a temp. ban, possibly up to a day and then delete their post.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I would politely tell the server manager to stop using that kind of language in the shoutbox, eventually removing his shoutbox messages, or pruning the shoutbox in the case that they have been at it for a while. If the manager continued to verbally abuse, I would have to give him a temp. ban from the shoutbox for an hour.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) If the harassment was being done in a thread, I would delete their comments, and possibly lock the thread if the situation needed it before bringing the two into a group conversation or into teamspeak to try to settle things between the two. If the person that was doing the harassing continued to harass the player/staff I would have to delete their posts and give them a warning. And if he continued after the warning, I would have to give him a day ban for harassment and delete his posts again.
