Keybinding Problem

So I'm currently using a Razer black-widow V2 keyboard along with the naga chroma mouse. I use Razer synapse to set the side mouse buttons to specific keys. I currently have my Media 1 button on the mouse set to NUMPAD 1, every time I exit synapse it reverts the key to no binding. Yes I have pressed the save button but it still reverts back. I'm putting this here because I mainly have an issue with TeamSpeak since that's the only place I use the push-to-talk option. Any suggestion on this problem would be helpful.
