Why you should be unbanned:
1.) Protocol as per the rules, weren't followed; The rules state a kick then a ban.
2.) As the moderator spectating me can confirm, I didn't shoot them on their platform. I waited for them to cross the river and emerge on the other side before I shot them.
3.) Behavior modification I believe I can apply to avoid situations like this in the future: Track their movement further down the map before I shoot them.

Approved. But be careful. You're trying to look for loopholes with the whole "well, I waited for them to hop off the platform before I shot them!" That isn't gonna work. The only reason I'm approving your appeal is because of what the megadoc says. Go for a patrol or set up defenses at the temple next time instead of hawking the platform like a vulture. "Tracking their movements" is gonna catch you a 5 day ban next time.
