Why you should be unbanned: I didn't kiss anyone, I was talking to an ONI and after I was told to leave by my CO, I blew them a kiss. Blowing someone a kiss isn't erotic. One time my mother blew me a kiss, and it wasn't particularly erotic. Just because a 'kiss' happens, doesn't mean it was ERP. It was fine when I went on an arc where I tried to fuck the arbiter but blowing a kiss to an ONI is too much? this seems inconsistent. I would also like to add that I wasn't given a warning for any of this, all though I don't think I did anything wrong.

This does fall under the definition of Erotic Roleplay on server. Refer this this video for proof, making sexual advances falls under the ERP rule, regular advances and sailor talk do not. "Bro Larry, are you trying to be my wingman right now or not, I'm trying to get some ONI poon", as well as asking "if she is bed material" are not acceptable actions within the ERP rules / protections. Warnings are given at staff discretion for ERP.

I broke no rules. At no point did I make any sort of physical contact. I also never said "Is she bed material." I did on the other hand say "Bro Larry, are you trying to be my wingman right now or not, I'm trying to get some ONI poon" and to this I rebut that this wasn't spoken to the ONI in question but to another marine, and still doesn't qualify for ERP according to the rules above.

As I said, sexual advances are not protected under his stipulations, hence "non-erotic romantic gestures". This was very clearly meant to be taken in a sexual manner with sexual connotations, where if made or in referral to a minor be classified as pedophilia and or sexual harassment. This is the main purpose for the ERP rule. I discussed the situation with a member of the affairs team as well for a second opinion. The appeal is denied. I understand your frustration, but you should know better.
