Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I have been in the staffing business for years. Since 2014. I have been head admin on a server before and admin on many servers before. I am very experienced with ULX and the commands. I tend to be a sarcastic person and I have also been into roleplay since 2010. I'm always looking to improve myself. I find loyalty as a strong suit. And think upon myself as a very responsible person. I am currently a Senior in high school, nearing graduation.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Because I have been head admin on a server before. And Admin on many GMod servers. I have alot of experience with ULX. My activity is amazing and high. I can keep a level head, and be mature. I have read the rules and know that I am ready to serve the server well. Not only have I been admin on Gmod servers but other games like CS:GO. I know what it's like to be staff. And I know exactly how to deal with situations that require administration use.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I will always deal with minge situations. I will help discuss ways to add to the overall content of the server and make it a place where players WANT to play. And always keep them coming back. I will punish offenders strictly to what my bounds are. I will provide a understanding that players can come to me whenever they need help. I will listen to both sides of any argument and deal out what must be done with conviction and complete fairness.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from the others because I have alot of experience in the field of administration. I can keep my cool and not get frustrated when someone breaking the rules starts to insult me. I can easily maintain a level of maturity and put myself out to be sort of a model for people. I will always take criticism and work to improve what I can do better. I will be fair. and most of all I can swear on my life abuse will never take place under my belt.

1: Freeze: Stops the target player in their tracks, regardless of in air. Preventing them to use items equipped or switch
2: Strip: Removes all tools in a players tool bar (Doesn't drop them to the ground)
3:Ragdoll: Makes the target a ragdoll with can be phys-gunned
4: cexec: (RCON) Runs a command in a targets console
5: map: Changes the server map to a specified map and gamemode
6: gimp: Prevents the user from speaking in chat normally and usually replaces with a server set message
7: bring: Brings a target to the users location
8: return: Returns brought player to previous location
9: rcon: (RCON) executes a command on the servers very own console
10: god: Toggles invulnerability for the target, target cannot be killed.

Explain what minging is: Minging is essentially doing something that is against the rules and ruins the mood of the server. Such as. Insulting people. Changing your name to self-promote. And having no intent to roleplay.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Little girl Jimmy is running around insulting people, continuously spamming voice chat and saying "Cheese" I will Kick them initially for minging. If they come back and do it again. I will ban them for one week. For "No intention to roleplay"
Explain what FailRP is in detail:Fail Roleplay. Something that goes against what your character would do in halo RP. Say: A Private is ordering a Commander around.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):Say, little boy timmy decided to get whitelisted to Victor-2-2 PVT and then changed his name to Second LT Timmy and run around ordering people. Breaking into rooms he shouldn't be. I will bring Timmy to me and remind him of his offences. I will give him a warning and tell him to fix himself. If it continues he will be banned.

He then continues to run off and gun down a whole platoon worth of soldiers because he felt like it. I will get the info such as a steam ID. And I will ban them for a week or two. (Depending on how long the server deems neccessary. I'm not used to this servers punishment lengths compared to others)

Little girl Jimmy then tells little boy timmy to go tell someone that they are needed despite that being false, thus getting Timmy in trouble.

OOC: Out of character: Little Jimmy is telling Timmy what they did yesterday and how much fun it was.
IC: In character: Colonel Fonza is giving Little Timmy orders and where to go for the next objective.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would tell them to disperse and or take it to private messages. When it follows into IC matters I will give a warning to cease this behavior or a punishment will be given to both of them.
