I am a very casual gamer if i join a server i’ll stick with it till something unjust happens and then i move on im fun and then when need be i can be straight and serious.I have been through alot and i can easily make friends i'm scared of my family and that's why most people like me. I also really like to help people.

Yes i handled a situation as staff very wrongly and got banned for a week.What happened was that there was a large minging problem from one of the staff member so me and five other staff and gm decided to be stupid and try to stop it in a way that wasnt correct.

ALL the time i'm usually on the weekdays after like 4pm

I am a better candidate than others because I am a dedicated leader that is willing to adjust my schedule to what is need, like I would most likely work shift the people don't want to during the week and even earlier than that during the weekend. I adjust to abnormal things quickly as I am use to more semi serious RP but this server is extending my personality on being more serious for the best of the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan on helping the server by taking shifts that are needed the most, I am willing to take hours of my day I plan on working my hardest and never giving up and making it so my friends and the player base not to have minges and RDM so people can have a serious RP. I also am very understanding and willing to take staff shift that they need to have done.That is how i plan to benefit the server.One reason I stand out from others because of how much dedication and commitment I have towards things I don't give up on anything and i stick to it till it doesn't need me anymore. As you can tell i am very very very fucking persistent and am not willing to let other people kick me in the ass and get away with it. I’m going to stop the minges with as much as i can.

I stand out from others because of how much dedication and commitment I have towards things I don't give up on anything and i stick to it till it doesn't need me anymore. Minging is when someone is going against rules and has no intent on RPing and plays around and does not follow the rules as if they were not there. If someone is minging they would not listen at all, fool around, maybe even attempt RDM, and a few other things. Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): teleport to them and talk to them about why they are doing that and ask them to stop, if they continue I would kick them for minging, and if they come back and minge more I would ban them for a reasonable amount of days.

Its when someone acts foolish and doesn't follow rp rules.Its not like minging because they are unconsciously doing it or purposely. One way to accidentally failRp is to not talk in ooc about out of roleplay things.
