Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): For my personal life, I have been playing saxophone for over nine years. Currently, I play at a semi-professional level, and will be entering into a few national and international soloist competitions, in hopes of getting my name out there, and gaining some scholarships for college. I play classical sax and jazz, mainly. I, like most of you, have a deep love for the Halo franchise, and first played when I was 3 years old in 2005, shortly after Halo 2 released. Halo 2 and CE were the first FPS games I ever played. HaloRP was the easiest way for me to experience Halo, but to be able to have more control over it. I have been playing HaloRP on GMod for around 4 years. I can make a variety of weird noises, and love balancing the line between being uber-serious in roleplay, but having fun and letting loose in FFA’s and the such in the CQB and SSR of Revival.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I believe my rich love for Halo, my experience within HaloRP servers over the years, and my experience in staffing across several different games make me an attractive candidate. My ability to maintain a consistent roleplay character demonstrates my ability in being able to recognize FailRP. My experience being a staff, being an ODST, and several other IRL experiences have taught me to maintain a level head in the most stressful of situations, and not to crack under pressure. I am able to listen to two sides and make a fair judgement with these IRL experiences. My staffing on both different servers as well as different games shows my ability to be a strong staff member, no matter what I’m doing, showing my flexibility to any role I'm forced into.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on benefitting this server by being active, and giving back to this server to thank it for being the best HaloRP server i’ve been on in a long time. My activity is flexible between both day and night work. II don’t turn down any task, no matter how little and annoying it might be. I refuse to be lazy and slack off when I have a lot expected of me.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I find my determination to do better to be an admirable attribute, but my ability to maintain composure when necessary is certainly something most don’t have. I am not hot-headed, and can easily work my way around a person who is getting out of hand, without feeling stressed. Being a musician, I am also used to strict deadlines and always give my maximum performance level.

Explain what minging is: Minging is the act of purposefully doing dumb things, such as entering restricted areas, saying stupid things, micspam, commspam, chatspam, and talking disrespectfully to staff and higher ranks for the “enjoyment of others.” It is blatantly not following RP for the sake of not following it. The amount of mingey acts is infinite.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
Personally, I would start out with a verbal warning; respectful, but firmly stating that if they continue these acts, they are more than welcome to go to a different server, following marking down their SteamID. If they escalated their mingery, I would kick them. If they came back, and escalated further, or continued their acts, I would contact an admin or mod to ban them for two days. If I was promoted to moderator or admin, I would ban them myself for two days. If they came back after those two days and continued, I would deem a perma-ban necessary to rid them.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP’ing is the act of not following situations as they would happen if it weren’t roleplay, like meta-gaming or LTAP’ing. For instance, if a URF on a minievent noclipped their way into the UNICOM base while cloaked, that is FailRP. They made no real effort to actually RP and make their way within the base. It also includes stealing vehicles, depending on the intentions.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If I received a ticket for FailRP, I would bring in the reporter, the reported, and any witness the reporter names into a sit. I would mark the SteamID of the offender, to dole out a 5 day ban if they choose to leave the server (A punishment that is also used for people who avoid Jail Time in Military Police.) I would talk it through, gain any evidence, and mark down any argument by the reported. I would check in with the rulebooks, and, from there, deem whether or not it was FailRP,

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match is when a player kills another player, either out of frustration or for no reason at all within RP. It is randomly killing someone, typically done by minges trying to have fun.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would freeze the player, stripe the player of all weapons, mark their SteamID, and kick them/ban them if i’m Mod or Admin for five days.. If I was still a TMod, I would contact a Mod or Admin about banning them for five days.

OOC: Out of Character. Anything that happens in an FFA, and someone using “/ooc” and saying something like “Vibe Check” or some other non-roleplay-esque comment.
IC: In Character. The actual roleplay. A Marine CO screaming at a Marine during PT.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would consider that FailRP. I would pull the offenders in, and some witnesses, and decide the punishments after taking the different stories. OOC has ZERO place in IC.
