Tell us About Your-self(50+ Words, No Less): I am 20 years old, and live in North Carolina. I work full time in a steel plant painting steel beams and columns for gas station canopies. I am also a volunteer firefighter. I am currently going through certification classes for firefighter 1 and 2. I have 4 left then I have to pass my EMT class. If I am lucky enough I will be joining a full time department.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I was a super admin on a military rp called UG and was present when it was handed over to Garnet gaming. I was in turn made a senior admin and stayed until the server was up and running. I then stepped down and left the server, after wishing them the best of luck. While I was staff I dealt with everything from staff sits, spawning in vehicles, staff interviews, community issues (I worked with the community manager when it was UG), to whitelists.

How will your activity be on the server? I am on every day unless something comes up at work or firefighting calls me away.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I am normally home after 5 pm every day till I have to go to sleep around 9-10, and on weekends I am on from when I wake up which ranges from 7am to 10am till when I pass out at my laptop.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I think I am a better candidate because I will do my best to help fellow staff members on the night shifts and do my best to help other role players get a better role-play experience. I enjoy helping others when they are in need of help on the server, and I will do my best to overcome anything that gets in my way on helping others. I have experience when it comes to dealing with random death matches and players who join a server just to troll. This allows me to pick out most of the trolls before they can get very far.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by always being on whenever I can be on which will provide a staff member on when there is fewer staff online, this will allow people to be whitelisted then and there and also make sure that no one is messing around in the early morning or late at night.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I have previous staff experience, I am constantly helping out supporters by helping them with pacs and teaching them the rules when it comes to freelancers. Every new freelancer, I will tp to them and assist them with pac, getting the name set up, knowing the rules for the new job, and letting them know what I expect as the director. When I joined freelancers there was a loose rank structure that no one followed no one actually leading the agent. I set up ranks, squads and roles. If a freelancer is caught being a minge I will go too them and get on them with thinking about it. I also help out with watching Spartans and marines for any trouble makers. I assist with training marines every now and them as well. I can give the staff a point of view from freelancers, which are harder to handle because of being supporters. I am tough on people when they mess up but I am a reasonable guy.

5. !god This allows a player to take as much damage as possible without losing any health at all. (this can be abused by supporters, so they would be watched heavily for it.)

Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail RP is when someone breaks the character wall or “role play wall.” For example, when a player brings something that is OOC (out of character) into character. Or they would do something that would most likely never be done within character. Another example would be simply jumping and/or standing on another player's head or shoulders.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would move the player off of the other persons head. I will then warn them that what they are doing is failrp, and if they continue they will be kicked for failrp.

Normally there is a reason unless it is a troll. unpon talking with the player I would warn and then kick him with the reason failrp/rdm.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: This is where a player joins a server trying to insult members of the server in order to have fun. The player will run around not listening to orders by higher ups, or staff until banned. Another type of player who wishes to troll will stay calm until his/her training is finished and will then start to shoot as many friendly targets as possible before they are caught.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would first notice the kill feed (second form of troll) and would tp to the player. I would proceed to talk with the player and try to understand why they preformed the action that they had just committed. Upon finding out why, if they tell me I would kick them and tell them if they come back and do it again it will be a ban. The kick reason would be failrp/minge/massrdm.

Just wondering who else do you play as or are you just a old agent returning?"
IC: This is when you are talking through your character to another players character. Example: You are on a mission and are just given orders to lead your squad and preform recon for the main force. As you are moving out on member of the squad say over voice chat "Sir there is a unknown figure on the hill heading 251You would respond over voice chat with " Copy that move a little close and try and get a id. It may be the target we are after."
