Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm Working a full time job putting in 40+ Hours a week. I live in Montana and I mainly play on weekends but I play a couple hours every night. I love the RP experience when it comes to Gmod but I dislike when a server is lenient and minges and trolls take advantage of it. So I am willing to donate my time here to help the server thrive.

Left the team with a 2 weeks notice because I was readjusting to working a full time job and having to cut my hours on the server. However I have extra time on my hands and would like to be staff again.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I have already been previous staff and know of the importance of getting marks and also of being available while not on duty. If the server has no staff on duty it is the duty of any staff member to be available for tickets and/or to just get on duty. Also being staff means having a measure of responsibility and showing that to the rest of the server by not being mingey. Because I understand this I fell I will be a better staff member than other candidates.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit this server by becoming a full member of the staff team. When it comes to being staff on a server I believe staff should be as available and as helpful as they can. I'll be on the server when most other admins will not because of the time zone I am in. And because I already know how to staff, I won't be a drain on existing staff to train me.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because I was staff on this server and I can help guide others on their way to becoming a contributing member of staff as well. When it comes to learning how to staff it is important, in my opinion, to have a mentor to show them the do's and don'ts of being a staff member.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): A Marine PVT likes to jump on peoples heads whenever they crouch. This then blocks the person crouching from standing back up, having them stay crouched. In a first offence I would warn with !warn. If that didn't work I would then have to give them an in game verbal warning. When that doesn't work I would then give them a staff sit. If the Marine is that stubborn then I would then have to kick the player. If they reconnect immediately and continue to do so, I would ban them for 24 hours..
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is the act of failing to stick to your in-game roleplaying. Whether it be by taking information out of OOC chat and using it to roleplay or doing an action their character would never do i.e. a spartan trying to stand on an Elites head.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): One example of Fail RP is a Marine calling all of the Freelancers and Spartans Master Chief. If this is done in a purposeful manner then I would then pull them to tell them to stop in in game voice chat. If that fails then I would kick them. If they attempt to rejoin immediately then I would serve them a 24 hour ban.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A newly bought Wardogs decides to go on a rampage and begins by killing several marines and army personal. Upon the beginning of this spree I would pull and then jail this offender and serve them a 3-5 day ban.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is being either a stupid person or a spiteful person on purpose for the sole idea of aggravating other players.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A marine decides to steal a pelican from the hangar on station and refusing to get out. I would pull this marine and give a verbal warning of an impending kick should they act in that manner again. If they decide to continue I will then automatically kick them. If this does not suffice then I will serve them a 24 hour ban.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail):
OOC: Out of Character is when people just talk about stuff unrelated to Halo RP. This could be when players just doing guard duty and they talk in OOC chat about their IRL day.
IC: In character is where player RP. Such examples are asking for sitreps of current situations or doing RP actions.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would tell them to knock it off and keep it in OOC. If it turned into IC while I was staff I would punish them accordingly. An example is two people arguing whose waifu is best. When they decide to fight it out in game with guns I would be there instantly serving the killer an hour in isolation and the other party member a 45 min one. Unless the killer acted without the other reacting in IC then only the offender will be punished.
