I am generally fairly laid back, and enjoy playing on the server with others. I think of myself as a reasonably laid back person, and I do not particularly enjoy having to use harsh action to deal with players. I have a fair bit of experience being a staff member on various servers on other games, and I rather enjoy helping players on a server in any way I can.

I am not a minge, no. I enjoy a good joke, but if it would descend into mingery I prefer to end it.

I would not personally consider myself a better candidate than others, but I can say that I will do my best to assist the players of the server in any way I can. I quite enjoy providing assistance to players, and I want to provide that to those who need that assistance in the late hours of the night. I learn quite quickly, and I try not to overstep the boundaries set upon me. Additionally, I am rather laid back, and prefer to try to resolve an issue through diplomacy rather than resorting to direct action. I do not particularly enjoy using my power to enforce the rules, and I happily say I have not had to do so often in my time as staff on other games.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I hope to benefit the server by helping to keep the late hours of the server as enjoyable as the active hours, and by helping those I can in any way I can. Be it whitelisting new recruits, talking to players who are disrupting the roleplay of the server, or simply being there to help when needed, I seek to improve the experience players can have on the server any way I can.

I like to think I stand out by being rather laid back, and trying to provide an experience that everyone can enjoy if possible. I avoid using the power I have when the situation does not demand it, as I do not enjoy doing so. I would try to avoid disrupting the roleplay atmosphere as a staff member, and only involve myself when necessary.

As a Trial Moderator, I would pull the player aside and request they stop, explaining to them that it is a serious roleplay server and their behavior is not tolerated. If they return and continue mingeing, I would refer to a higher staff so that they may help deal with the issue if need be.
