I am a 17 and live in the city of Chicago. I am a Junior in high school and I take part in my school’s cross country and track team. I run a variety of events ranging from a 800 meter race to a 3 mile race. When I am not at school, running, or hanging out with my friends and family I am on the server enjoying my free time.

What makes me a better candidate than other applicants is my dedication to getting the job done. When I am faced with a problem, I get to fixing the issue right away. I follow protocol by the manual and am willing to do what needs to be done to fix the situation. I am great at communication. If you send me a message over steam, ts, or kik, I will respond as soon as possible. What really puts me above other candidates is my willingness to work with a team to get the job done.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words, No Less):
I plan to benefit the server by being on duty when other staff are not to make sure there is always someone there to assist players with what they need help with to make their time on the server more enjoyable. I will also work to make sure people do not break rp, because one can’t have a serious rp server with people fail rping.

I stand out from others is my willingness to help others solve problems and overcome obstacles preventing them from having a fun time. I work well with others and am able to use teamwork to solve the issues one can not solve alone. I can communicate with other members of the community quickly and effectively. Most importantly, I am easy to get along with which makes me a valuable asset to the staff team.

A marine decides to walk around to different marines, spartans, etc.. talking about "master chief". Due to this phrase not being allowed, I would warn the person not to do it again. If he proceeds to say they phrase, he would be kicked for FailRP. If he returns and continues to FailRP, I would find a higher ranked staff to deal with the situation further.

RDM stands for Random Death Match. RDM involves going on a killing spree for no apparent reason. RDM normally ends with a lot of dead and angry players, meaning it is a situation that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible.

A marine who was recently trained decides to go on a rdming spree, killing many marines in the process. I would start by warning him and allow the MPs to take care of him in an rp manner. If he continues to rdm after being released from the brig, I would kick him for rdm (or get a high staff who can). If he returns to the server and continues to rdm I would search for a higher up staff member that could ban the person from the server for repeated rdm.

Trolling is the art of intentionally messing with some to purposely make them mad through pestering them, sending mean messages to them, etc.

If a player on the server was following around another player, constantly pelting them with rude names and remarks trying to make that person mad, I would go to him and talk to the two members innvolved to fully understand the situation. If the troll is trolling (which he would be), I would proceed to warn the person. If it continues I would kick the trolling individual. If he rejoins, I would find a higher staff to deal with the situation further.
