Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less):I Recently rejoined the server back from my PC Breaking, And on my first day back i knew i would just fit back into RS.I am a Active Member of the community who always is on if you need someone to talk to. I always listen to people if they need Help. I am on all day and all night on weekends and on weekdays i am on till 5 PM Your time.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):Well one way i could be "better" is because of my activity, i can be on all day to white list help people who just recently joined and get them started. I am also friends with most of the people on the server and this could benefit to me if i am in a as hopefully people will listen to me in a staff sit which they already should if i am a staff member. I am also god at Keeping calm is Situations of Chaos that require someone to step up deal with the Chaos
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):I plan to benefit the server by hopefully being on enough to help the people who come on early, as for the past few days were there been no staff on at early times when there is Recruits that have been trained. I respect everyone has to sleep but i wish to change that by becoming a active in the morning and nights so everyone gets a equal share of the RP and don't have to wait 5 hours to get white listed.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):Well overall what makes me stand out is my passion that i have force the server. If i want to achieve something i will push for that and will not give up. I want to make the early times and even the later times better they there already are. I Can be a friendly person if you need advice, or just have a question don't be afraid to ask.

PVT Cun walks into the Medbay and begins to scream down the mic and just doesn't want do be here for the RP and then begins to then tell everyone to say fuck off. A MEDS in the Medbay calls for a staff member and i TP to the MEDS. I then proceed to watch the situation and tell him to stop it or he will be kicked for Minging. If he proceeds i would kick him then if he joins back and Then does it again i would ban him for a day for Minging,Failrp after returning from a kick.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:Fail rp is when you break away from your character and begin to say/do something a real UNSC Personal/SOS/HOJ Would do

If he returns i would bring him off the station and have a civil Chat with him about what just happend and tell him i don't want to see this again .

if he does not move i would then proceed to move him with a Psychic gun, If he runs back to the door and does it again i would kick him for "Trolling,minge not here to RP"

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):Juff is telling SGT Mien to Shut the f*ck up in OOC as he is complaining as theres nothing for his squad to do in the event.I would first warn them by say "If you keep arguing from this point on punishments will be given" . If they do not listen and still argue i would gag them for 5 minutes each.
