edit: the doc now contains commissioned officer insignia's as well so that's definitely a thing

you use the "plate1x1" prop in the "Builder > General" tab under your spawnlists, it's the white grid plate. the dl link goes into the material field.

you're putting the insignia ON a prop and making the prop invisible, so that only the insignia is visible.

You use the Dropbox link as the material link for the prop.

get the actual code for the pac3 and put it in a pastebin, PAC3 allows you to use pastebins and just copy it to your own files as a new outfit.

Bones are set differently for each model, so this is probably the easier way, it allows them to make and set it themselves.

the alpha needs to be .9999, not 1

when i get home i can set up a pastebin, i didn't want to do that because i felt it was better for people to get a little acquainted with some things in PAC3 + the mentioned bone differences between models but if its an issue for some i can make a much easier,
more accessible way
