Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well I live in a medium size town I'm in high school I'm a average student don't do much work sometimes on the weekends or in breaks during school I've enjoyed playing on this server. When I first saw the game Halo I was interested from the beginning the first game I ever played and is still my favorite till this day is Halo Reach I found the story of that game and the game its self to be very fascinating I have also played Halo 3 ODST and was a good game I have also played Halo 4 and 5 except did not find what I was I looking for in the game I later moved on to Garry's Mod witch I later started playing MilitaryRP, DarkRP, ZombieRP, then I found HaloRP and found this server that I am now applying staff for this server has became something worth my time and has also gave me something to do in my day of boredom.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Well I can be a better candidate in many ways but some of the reason I could be is I find myself to be better by listening, not being mingy, not being lazy, doing what I'm told, hearing out people, helping people and doing the job to right to begin with. The thing about me is once the decision made its final I will not hesitate to do what needs to be done. I will benefit the server in any way shape or form to help progress to become a better server than from what it already is. There's always room for improvement.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): My plan to benefit this server is to do everything in my power to help the server I won't try but do my best to benefit this server I will do what needs to be done but at the same time I can only do some much to benefit this server I can help the server by doing my best and succeeding in it.

The way I would handle this situation is by bringing him to me and telling to quit if from there if he continues I will kick him further on may result to a ban if needed.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is someone Failing to Role Play there part in the role play. An example if there was a player who used his jet pack to fly from earth to the space ship that would be FailRP.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Example lets say that there's a PVT not wanting to listen to a Commander that is FailRP. I would bring the PVT and warn him for FailRP if he continues it may result in a Kick or Ban.

Now if there's a Mass RDM I would handle by banning him and seeking the opinion of another staff member about it.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): So there's a PVT trolling another PVT by shooting him and acting like its not him and debating that its not him I would handle the situation by telling him to stop if he keeps doing it I will warn him and If it go's on form there I will Kick him and the if feels the need to troll even further I will have a high up staff member assist me with the situation on worsening the consequence on them.
