Position: GM I didn’t like the GM spot I wanted to quit but I didn’t want to be a quitter so I made a plan to get me out of GM and it worked.

I know a lot of commands and Stuff. I might have Never staff before, I know a lot of how to staff and I Like Fixing Problems then Letting them stay there. I see to change the Inactive Problem and the Fail RP Problem. I can control people and I can stop problems Within minutes and I can DO so much more.

I would Bring The Person To Me and I would being the Person who told us he was fail RPING I would ask them to tell me both sides and the support they have to back it up if the Person who is Fail RPING I would warn him if he counties I will kick him I have a 3 kick rule I like to use if he doesn’t stop I will ban him for a time.

Abuse of power as a GM does not count as not liking the position and just leaving. After a complaint from the General Manager due to FailRP and job abuse, he was removed from GM. If he really wanted to leave GM he could have told us or asked us. We are an understanding team.

The reply i made was not really what i ment for the gm team i did have fun times and lets just i had some things going one when i made it don't take that post seriously i was just made when i made it i think you for your hwlp its just this week i have real life stuff to worry about so yeah i'm sorry if i said anything bad

so do you want to know the real reason I wanted to leave The GM team because you think you are understanding team But your not really that I think this my first event ever done on the Event Server none Cared to train or help me during this first Event I never got help from the GMs Who I ask to help me or the ones who were going to help me but bailed one me and then I crashed when I told the reason why the event sucked none Cared and the Ones you bailed on me didn't care when I asked them what they bailed plus when I ask to redo because none helped me and when I said the reason why it wasn't good none Cared and I help a few GMs and they didn't help me during my event and the only reason I think I got to redo my second event was because a few GMs actually cared for ones told you the truth this happened with my first event none cared there because you didn't care what a trial GM had to say. I know not everyone is like this one the GM team but it was what I had during my time on the GM team. Now I wanted to quit but I don't want to be know as a Quitter so I made that plan and I forgot to get rid of the stuff I spawned because I knew I would die and I still do good events. I know you guys don't care for what I have to say or think this is dumb but its the reason what I wanted to leave the GM team

You did not look at the bigger picture, the GM's who did not help you and were reported to bail out on you were removed from the GM team, meaning we took your wellbeing into consideration, however, you believe we are not as considerate as we are, so, the GMs we demoted and removed were not removed because they were shirking their duties in your assistance, and we removed them for a totally unrelated manner.

I understand you may have crashed during some of your events, one or two being of great importance, however, we do not grade the event if you crash, and you are given an automatic redo at a later date; this means any failure grades on events were not due to the performance of your internet or PC, but the quality of your events.

We've trained and retrained you multiple times, These trainings consist of the Do's and Do-Nots of the everyday duties of a GM, you violated those Do-Nots, and continued even after we had a meeting about it and gave you a warning. Each retraining was done with more detailed information on what you need to work on, however, it seems that training did not prove effective, from the lessons and trainings we gave you, you completely ignored the part of "getting better" and "improving yourself" as you say in your applications when questioned or asked about similar matters.

You are, one of the Gamemakers we have given the most chances with, for your trial event, mini events, and events that you do, we advised you multiple times during and after them what you need to work on and do to improve the event, however, you continued. Out of all the Gamemakers, you are the youngest, and the average corrective action for each member of the GM team is 2 in a month, you have received 8 From both me, Nep, and other Gamemakers, meaning you are the exception, however, you took this for granted and believe that every Gamemaker gets such leniency, and brushed it off to continue your movement with no achievement.

We taught you, and gave you a handbook that detailed how to produce an effective event, WITH or WITHOUT help, however, you have not been weaned from assistance, and the lack of help has given you this misconception of how Gamemakers help with events when they are a v a i l a b l e .

Meaning, the problem was entirely within yourself on the GM team.

If you truly wish to improve yourself, Pizza, you won't brush off the feedback and information at your disposal on this post, and you will read over it, and take the time to think about what has been stated, and actually improve yourself off of it.

However, at the moment, your status and reputation does not reflect your suitability on the GM or Staff team, it is recommended you take time off of such a position, observe them from the outsider's perspective once more, how they conduct themselves on and off duty, and reapply once the GM and Staff team both recognize a change within your attitude and reputation.

I do not wish to roast or put you down, but I want you to learn from mistakes that were made, both on the administrative side we have over you, and the mistakes you have made.

I honestly believe that if you wish to have a future on the staff team on this server, the only way you can is to actually take the information displayed into consideration, and improve yourself. It is possible, I believe you can become a staff member, not right now, but in the future.

Take any failure as a lesson, the events you failed, the reasons you were removed from the GM team, and the reason why you have gotten negative feedback on your Staff Application.
