Unsure of what's happening right now, been banned by lovely lad Void after the thing was cleared up, now few minutes later I get re-banned again after Affairs Cleared it up and un-banned me

Let's give some context:
A flag-up was happening, Cerberus lad was camping the tree for quite a while since the flag-up begun. Decided to give the Cerberus a little visit by coming from his side and shooting them. Now if you notice there's this little teeny tiny flick that happened at the end, supposedly that's the only evidence of me hacking I've been told of.
Now if you've played on the server or any multiplayer game before and snuck up on a person and you start shooting them, they're gonna start moving out of panic in the opposite direction they're getting shot from, in this case the Cerberus freaked out and went up the tree a little. Now since this's Gmod which is a 15 year old source game, you're gonna expect a lot of issues to come with it. In this instance ping and latency issues.
I, one of the few Middle Eastern Gmod players to actually exist. Have a hard time with servers hosted in America as seeing that I'm on the opposite side of the world, now comes with this and other Source games like CSS, DoD etc. my ping usually sky rockets to 250 - 500 depending on what is being spawned on server and who's using my WiFi at the same time. Unlike European servers where the host gives me an advantage of lowering my ping and makes it even between me and other players. Now with that being said, having a ping like this on the server gives a few seconds delay on how my ping registers my actions, like commands, spawning entities, props and in this case shooting people and avoiding getting shot.
Now as you can see my shooting in the supposed evidence flicked over to the tree after the Cerberus, now let's talk about the perspective of Void. Good sire Void as expected has lower than me, same with the Cerberus I've killed. Meaning it's gonna appear to both of them that I'm taking a longer time in processing my actions, in this case keep on shooting after they've died and hit the center of their hitbox.
Now In my perspective when the Cerberus died their body flopped upwards in the direction of the tree instead of it sliding down the branch like shown in the recording, now that little flop gave me the impression that they jumped to avoid getting shot which I can understand that can happen as well, now I'm not exactly sure if the Cerberus in this case had a jetpack and tried to fly away but you get the idea.
Now if you've played another servers or had the situation of where a random player would shoot the body of the NPC or Player after they killed them to have the immersion of properly executing someone, you might find that on your screen they missed their bullets and shot the floor. In this case it's the same thing happened with the Cerberus as mentioned above their body flopped upwards instead of sliding down like Void's perspective.
It could be a simple mistake which I can clearly understand. Now to counter this type of instances happening again I would like suggest to add a screen grabber feature or as other server call it a Snap feature, as said it would serve the purpose of taking a screenshot of a targeted players screen and eventually show the entirety of what they see on their screen, this has proven effective on other servers as I've used it before to catch ESP or to generally spy on people. This would entirely clear up mistakes of people hacking and show their screens. Here's a few Gmod store items like this, or the Devs such as Void could on something like this as it would improve administrating in a really nice way and hopefully without having any problems.
