I got Tier 3 back in 2018, and it doesn't show up when I type !donate on the server. I can prove I got it via transaction ID and everything.

Do you know if its possible to fix this? If not I guess that's fine it was from a long time ago.

@SkyeGuy If you have proof of purchase, a staff member could give you the tier manually on the server. Although, it's been a while since I've been on a server so I'm not too sure who would have the perms.

As long as you have proof of purchase we will honor it.
