Recent Demotion

For anyone who didn't know, I was recently promoted to Event Coordinator yesterday, in the little time I had as Event Coordinator, I talked to multiple Managers and Head Admins namely McMeme, Aidan, TheGamingNewt, Bears, Ben, Alaska, Incy, and Nigel about what I will be doing to help their servers. I had high hopes of buying custom scripts for servers for example, CloneWarsRP and VietnamRP. I’m not asking for the rank back, however, I am stating that the demotion was unfair and unwarranted, especially when I had a lot of work lined up. Without warning, I was falsely accused and subsequently removed of my rank. Despite not being the “most” qualified, but I was still getting work done.

I'm going to be honest here...Cadet is someone who is willing to help the community in any way even if it costs money. He's been here for awhile and has got the experience needed for director. I know he tried to get shit done on Nam and did very well at it. He legit started preparing straight after he got his director rank and was HYPED.

He, in my opinion, would have excelled as a director as he is a great guy and extremely friendly. He was already talking about what he was going to do to help both VietnamRP and CloneWars RP. He was willing to go out of his way to help out these servers within a day of his promotion.

Overall, I believe that he should at least be considered for Director in the future if nothing else.

In all seriousness, +1. He really strives to do the best he can and improve servers to the best of his ability. Although I do agree that he should not have received the rank without the approval of the owners, he should not have been penalized for something that was not his fault. The man really strives to help our servers to be the best they can be and to help popularize them.

+1 I think he was gonna do a wonderful job as a director. Yes I agree that whoever gave him that rank should have asked the owner but he made a great choice of who got that director rank.

I know that I'm just a moderator but cadet can help this community as an event director. He is also very friendly and helps everyone that ask for it he also talked to people what he can do and is looking into vietnam and clone wars adding stuff to them I give him +1

He was NOT unfairly demoted he was unfairly Promoted.
Bryson (Suspended Co-Owner) went behind All Exec's back and promoted Cadet without permission or votes. He had no right for this and Cadet had no right to his possition. Stop putting +1s when his story is a lie.
