Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a long time Halo RP player who used to be a part of the GM team and was also a Forums staff, I am dedicated to Halo RP and try to help as much as I can with preventing minging. I have always been a dedicated RPer who loves the server and wants it to succeed. I hope to help the server by responding to staff calls and making sure minging is something that is taken care of immediately.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):I have been a gamemaker for the server before and I am very dedicated. I will always do my best to make sure everyone behaves on server. I will make sure to punish any minges and rulebreakers. I will make sure to always respond to staff calls and put them over personal rp. I put my staffing duties before any other personal tasks. I will make sure to be active and make sure people know the rules and enforce them accordingly.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by being an active staff that puts my staffing duties on top of my priorities so that the server can function well. I will make sure that the server isnt ever cancer and that everyone knows that the server is always IC, I will Make sure that I get on my staff job every day for at least 1 and an half hours and do my job well.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because I am a long time player that is dedicated to the server. I have been a game maker for the server. I love making sure that the server runs well and unlike others I will take the initiative and immediately deal with any rulebreakers immediately when I hear about them.

I would go to the player that has been reported for minging and warn them to stop, I would explain to them what they did wrong and hope they dont do it again, if they do it again I would punish them according to how the rulebook says.
