Reason for ban: Inappropriate OOC/ERP not accepted in any form

Why you should be unbanned: Hello. This is my first ban after being on the server for many months. I was offline for a long time, but I came back to find my character and forced into Victor. After a bit of time in my "new character," I talked about some things in the OOC after someone else made a similar comment. Specifically, I made up a past even regarding sexual intercourse in the bunks. This event never actually happened. After a warning was issued saying to stop this in the OOC or people will be banned, I stopped. However, after about five to ten minutes of hanging around, I was kicked from the server with a similar message as the ban message in the picture, and when I attempted to reconnect, I got the message that I was banned for three weeks. I understand ERP is against server rules. This was my first time breaking this rule. I do agree that a kick was deserved, but I feel as though a three week ban is a little excessive since it was said in the OOC chat and since I stopped when I was warned. I'm sorry for the inconveniences it may have cause, and I ask that this appeal be looked at and considered. Thank you.

DENIED You should know as a old player that ERP is not allowed and is met with harsh punishment. Having a conversation about fucking a bird and having a Bukkake party in bunks is NOT appropriate in any means, even if OOC. All parties involved were punished and face a larger or similar sentence as yours.
