Unfortunately, I do not have much experience with staffing on Forums, however, I have a lot of experience for staffing in general and would like to learn on how to properly use Forum commands.
Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?:
Yes, I have been banned however it has been appealed by QuackDuck.
Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum):
My in game name is Nuclear_Rubix, it's the name I typically use for any genre or game right now. The origin of it is because at school I got a Rubix Cube and I enjoyed playing with it, and therefore added the word Nuclear before it and made it my online username. As a person, I am level headed and capable of quick thinking and being completely fair even if it means incriminating my best friend if they are in the wrong. I've changed quite a bit as a person in the past year with the help of this community and several others, which is a reason why I'm so addicted to this community and have been for several months. I'm a pretty nice person to talk to and understanding and I can understand the pains people go through having experienced some of them myself, and I will most of the time if not always admit up to my mistakes. However, I may be impatient and ask a lot of questions due to curiosity.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
I wish to join the Forum Staff team because I want to keep everything calm and make sure everyone has a good time here and they don't feel pushed away from the community. I've seen several good people feel pushed away, left out, or unliked because people got a bit too aggressive during some forum conversations and Forum Staff have a lot on their plate already, and I want to downsize what is on that plate by participating in assisting everyone in the community to feel equal and make the Forums more organized and easier to look through.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum):
I can bring a multitude of things to Forum Staff, including activity, being fair and unbias, being understanding, all while enforcing all the Forum rules and helping out my (hopefully future) fellow forum staff to take less weight off of their shoulders. Being a calm person, I can make calm and clear choices in relation to what occurs on the forums. You may also think "Activity..? Don't you kiddos have school soon?", and the answer is absolute. During school, I'm a quick worker and get things done quickly leading to me having a lot of free time, and it just so happens that I'm going to use that free time to go on Forums and make sure everything is OK. Before this account, I had several hundred posts and I was extremely active and known, and I can promise that same activity if not more activity to improve the environment of the Forums.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum):
(Assuming there were other applicants) I believe I should be picked over other applicants due to my pure experience within general staffing. Previously being staff here a long long time ago, I was also staffed in one other G-Mod community, several popular communities in a game named "FiveM", several communities in the game SCP: Secret Laboratory, as well as several communities in other genres in which I cannot at the moment recall. Majority of the communities I became staff in had a large community which meant dealing with more aggressive situations, and I learned how to handle them fairly over a long time. I also plan to be very active on the forums, which is also a separate reason to why I believe I should be chosen.
Do you staff on any other servers?:
No, not currently.
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically):
A couple hours each day, perhaps more when school begins.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes):
Yes, next Monday I begin.
How active will you be on the community’s TS?:
The TS earlier today I decided I was going to be more active on and interact, and since I can be on TS and in-game at the same time I will start going on TS several hours a day most likely.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
Should I find two individuals fighting on the Forums, my first instinct is to tell them to stop arguments and attempt to resolve it in DMs. Should they refuse to comply with my request, I will warn the person who continues the argument and evaluate the argument to see if it breaks any rules and I may request the help of another Forum Staff to understand it or understand what I should do.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended)
Should I find Non-SFW words used in a post, I would delete the posts immediately stating the reason and ban the user for violating the Forum Rules of not posting anything NSFW on the forums.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
Assuming SM is similar to a GM, Server Manager, I would ban the SM for violating Forum Rule #25 and likely contact the Server Managers superiors and send them proof of the situation.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
If someone were to be harassed on the forums, whether it be me, staff, or a normal user, I would delete the harasser's post and warn and or ban them from the Forums (should it be posted on the forums) dependent on the severity. Should they have done it on the ShoutBox, I would have warned and or banned them from the shoutbox dependent on severity.
