I am fairly new to the server but I try to get along with everyone I come across. I try to take a serious approach when it comes to RPing which may make me seem like a mean person but I just do what I am told in-game. However, OOC wise I am a nice and respectful person to everyone I talk to. Even though I am new to the server I still try to help people to the best of my ability and help them understand the rules of the server.

I used to be a Head Administrator on Undead Servers (Starwars RP) but I decided to step down and leave the server a few months ago. I was with them for about a year and a half. My job was to make sure that the staff was doing what they were supposed to do, keep track of activity, handle the discord community, reply to forum posts, reply to applications, and handle problems that other staff couldn't both on and off the server. PS. I do have experience with ULX.

I have experience with all commonly used commands. I understand how to handle specific situations when the time comes for staff to be involved. I understand how to be a people person and how to make the server look good. I would be active enough to make sure people get whitelisted to their jobs which I have seen some staff lacking now and then. I would put staffing over anything else when I am on the server and I try to be professional at all times.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan on making sure people understand that Revival Servers is not like any other server. They wish to make the players happy and have a fun time on their servers. I would do so by being on duty and handling situations to the best of my ability and responding to a call as quickly as possible. I wouldn't tell the players to try and fix it themselves if they can't even fix themselves (Which has happened to me by one of the staff members).
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Well for starters I have experience which some people wouldn't have when applying. Second, I understand that their is a chain of command meaning when your told to do something you do it. Third, I know how to handle situations and how to use the ULX commands properly depending on the situation at hand.

If I get called or spot the person I would bring them to a location so that it won't interfere with other player's RP. Then I would first ask them why they are minging then I would give them a verbal warning. If they continue I would warn them (I don't know if you guys use a warning system because I usually just see people get kicked or banned) and if they do it again I would kick them. If they do it again for whatever reason then I would ban them according to Revival Servers ban time for minging.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRp is the act in which your character wouldn't be able to do or act. ie. A marine jumping out of the station without a helmet and landing at the bottom of the skybox.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
I would tp the player to a secluded location then I would verbally warn for FailRp. If they continue on then I would warn them (again depending if there is a warn system) and if they continue on I would kick. If they come back I would ban them accordingly.

Random DeathMatch is the act of killing someone for no reason at all. ie. A marine walks up to a Lieutenant and shoots them and kills them for no reason.

I would tp the person to a secluded location so that they can't harm any players then I would ban them for RDM (depending on Revival Servers ban time). A person who RDMs knows exactly what they are doing and knows that what they are doing is wrong, it's pretty much common sense.

Trolling is the act in which a player comes on the server and has no intent to RP. They just come on the server to annoy the crap out of players and staff.

I would tp the player to a secluded location and tell them that need to stop otherwise I will warn them (again depending on if you guys have a warn system in place). I would then tp them back and spectate them to make sure they don't continue to troll. If they do then I would warn them and tp them again to talk to them and tell them that if they continue they will be kicked. If they continue on then I would kick them but if they join back and still continue to troll I would ban them accordingly.

OOC: Out of Character - Talking to a player about the server and its rules and what they can/can't do to ensure they don't break any of the rules.
IC: In-Character - Your CO orders you to go handle a situation which you say "Yes sir" and move to the location of the situation and handle it accordingly. Then you would report back to your CO and inform them of the situation. ie. You have to grab data from a computer and give it to your CO. /me checks files on a computer and downloads them to a hard drive. Then you go to your CO. /me hands over the hard drive.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
If I were staff I would tp both of them to a secluded location and ask them what was going on (If they were typing I would check the logs to see what it was about). If they continued to shoot each other in front of me I would strip them both of their weapons. Then I would verbally warn them once that they need to stop or else they both would be banned for RDM. I would also tell them that drama is not allowed on the server and that also they are not allowed to take information OOC and bring it in-character because this would be counted as meta-gaming. If the situation continues when I tp them back then I would ban them both for RDM accordingly if they kill each other but if its just a verbal argument then I would kick them from the server. If they come back and verbally argue then I would ban them accordingly.
