Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.):
I’ve created my own mods on a mount and blade Warband: put 2,000 hours of work into it over a period of four years. Ran NA events twice a week for the duration of that time as well as a forum admin position to coordinate with various groups created. 200 server high population, 6 different official servers, two events for NA a week as well as EU. Upon my transition to Gmod I was an admin on Icefuse as well as a high end position for about 5 months.
How active will you be on the server?
About 100+ hours every two weeks.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I’m more mature, more creative, I plan my projects with ideas for each of the sections, with the resources you guys make available for gamemakers there should be much more frequent events to put your server on the radar. I was here a year ago, your current state is diminished by comparison. I want to step up to assist with that. We have content and a good community. More people need to step up to bring us back where we should be. Not only with games but with training exercises/sim’s. Someone helping people getting qualified. People who can help spawn shit in while other people have things going on.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
Damn just put that; time to reword the same thing. With everything you have at your disposal we should be able to keep these guys coming back continuously. As gamemakers our job is to benefit the community, keep them busy and content with what’s going on around them. This is a position to give the community a purpose when they log in. Otherwise it’s a server to hangout in. I’ve been a staff on a server like that, when people get lazy and complacent on their jobs, look for excuses, and point fingers you fuck over a community of quality people. They don’t get that opportunity to have fun and grow. This is a video game, if they aren’t having fun then someone isn’t doing their job.

In character [IC] Is knowledge obtained through in game scenario’s for your player to utalize to their advatage
Out of character [ooc] Is common sense based off of information you obtain as an individual in front of his computer desk meta gaming events around him.

What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
Giving people the ability to have fun/ a sense of purpose while in game. We want to immerse these people into a fun “RP” situation we should give them content to work with.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
Initially starting off we set them up against local covenant forces. An infiltrator to begin injuring and harassing personal throughout the base. After we get them coordinated and on response we assault the forces. Full off i want NPC health/ proficiency set. Set up an enemy FOB within our outposts for them to realistically deploy from. I want our forces to get pushed back with a sense of urgency; we suppress them with sending in foot mobiles between barrages of Artillery. At which point myself and a team of picked event jobs from the general population will move into base to put the fear on the UNSC and SoS forces.
They’ll win of course and a left behind POW will give them intel to a local shipyard in the outer colonies. We’ll be combining “Holy relics” with covvie components to work on new and advanced weapons, higher tier fleets, and moving artifacts of interest throughout the galaxy. Obviously we cannot abide this and we will send in our forces to put the fear of the Creators into those zealots. The great journey won’t wait when we put our boots on the back of their heads. I'll find a map to my liking probably trenches and urban settings. Utilizing the Marine’s as the primary assault troops dislodging the covvies one section at a time.
The Specialists groups ONI/Spartans will be on artifact and HVT duty. Finding the Fleet Master as well as obtaining intel on the moved forerunner artifacts and the casch still on planet. We’ll find and immobilize the the enemies behind enemy lines. And link up in the middle putting us into Part 2. Map change
We move the assault into a local city (same planet) We’ll brief them before we map change, then try to overwhelm them as they touch down on the ground (Spawn in) if we overwhelm their positions, say three times, before reinforcements touch down they’ll have extracted the intel.
I <Spartan E351 Stark> Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.

- !Adminmode: Enter admin mode to complete any specific tasks
