I believe the Silent Shadows should get a bacta injector and grenade, after all there are not any SoS medics to my knowledge that I ever see. And they are supposed to be the most elite it only makes sense they have heals. Instead of constantly having to go to the marines for assistance.

If you’re really needing to be healed on the battle field you should consider trying to be more effective with your attacks and movement. Don’t have to recover from damage if you don’t get hit. As a Silent Shadow myself I just find it better to attack from an angle where i can hit them but they can’t hit me. Being strategic goes a long way.

imean if you wanna be true to lore, Healing is pretty dishonorable for the elites.

As for healing equipment, its a pretty UNSC thing to have. the injector is suppose to be biofoam, and the grenades are an area cleanser

SoS dont really have medical technology really. the ones that did heal were more tribal in nature, relying on salves and the like.

if you wanna talk about the "most elite" group, generally the strategy was to not get hit, and dont do a sword charge across a field. using cover and the power weapons like beam rifle and carbine serve fine.

(More of just a lore-aspect opinion than anything)
