I'm not available most week days due to school, will be available about 7 hours every day excluding Tuesday during Christmas break and during the Summer.

7-8 Hours every Saturday until December 14th, in which case I will be on 7-8 hours per day Exlcuding Tuesday.

Sunday-Friday: N/A(Due to school)
Saturday: 7-8 Hours(currently on ROA until Dec 14th) (Available 10 PM MST-5 PM MST)

No RDM: No killing outside of SIMs, trainings, FFAs, other PVP encounters OR unless attacked first.
No FailRP: No doing anythimlng that decreases the immersion or breaks the RP o the server, I.E. jumping off of the ODP.
No Racism, Hate speech or otherwise toxicity towards players: Do not be toxic to other players and be friendly.
No ERP: Do not do any form of erotic roleplay, I.E. Sexual intercourse, romance, etc.
DDoS threats will be met by an immediate ban: DDoS attacks are unacceptable, and threats of DDoS will get you immediately banned.
Name 5 IC Rules stated on the Rules Mega Doc and explain the meaning of them -
Names must be realistic and not joke names: Names must be serious and make sense in RP(I.E. no aliens named "Marcus" and no humans named "Alpha Kenny Buddy")
When you make a new character unless approved by HoRP they may not have any debilitating mental illnesses or extreme prejudices before having on-server experiences: Major injuries/mental illnesses/racist tendencies(to aliens) must be obtained by your character having an on-server experience to cause it.
Your characters may not be similar in name or related: Your characters must be completely different people with no relationships(friendships, rivalry, siblings, etc.)
Voice chat is always IC unless during a staff sit: Anything and everything said through VC via the use of a mic is IC, the only exception is during a staff sit for convienance.
So not bait people ICly to try and get them PKed: Do not do anything IC to attempt to cause somebody to be PKed(I.E. telling somebody it is okay to walk into MOS or SS bunks so they get FPKed)

I, Waffles, have acknowledged that I have read the constitution for Revival Servers at http://revivalservers.com/constitution/ and fully understand how to abide by the rules.
I, Waffles, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I, Waffles, am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I, Waffles, also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
