Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): I am an 18 year old senior that likes to play on the server to get away from life. I am dedicated when assigned work and am always willing to learn. I am always looking for new ways to help out the server. I enjoy meeting new people and generally just having a good time with friends. I have always wanted to learn how to do server configuration so I figured that I would give it a try and it turned out that it is something that I enjoy doing. I hope that I can use the skills I have learned to help out the server.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I wish to join the forums team because everyday i go through the forums but I am never actually able to do anything. By joining the forums team, I hope to be able to help contribute to the community that has already given me so many good memories and laughs. I also hope to make new new friends other than. the ones that I already have on halo.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn. As I have stated before I just want to contribute as much as I possibly can to the forums team, even if it means I have to take time to learn something new. I can also bring activity and a quick response time to the forums. I am also willing to help others as best as I can to improve their experience on Revival Servers. Also, I am calm and do not get upset easily which can be useful when joining any kind of staff team no matter what section it is.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): To say that I should be picked over other applicants would just make me look stuck up. Although, what I can bring to the table is a history of patience and willingness to learn. Eventually with enough practice I will be able to obtain the skills needed to be a good forums staff if I were to be accepted. I am also able to get on the forums almost everyday for a significant amount of time. Along with this I work well with others and am always looking for new opportunities to make friends.

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): I usually get on at random periods during the school day, I do not have an exact schedule but I do actively roam the forums.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): Senior in high school.
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: I get on the ts at 4 PM EST to 11 PM EST

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
First, I would make sure to properly asses the situation. After that, I would hear both sides of the story before beginning to gather evidence before bringing it to their attention and making a verdict. Although, before doing anything you would post a warning to both parties to stop bickering on the forums as it looks unprofessional and is not tolerated on the forums.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 word recommended)
Any kind of severe NSFW content posted on the forums is not tolerated at all. After that I would make sure to delete the NSFW content and warn the user who posted the said content. If the offence is repeated, then unfortunately the user will need to be banned off of the forums temporarily.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
I would begin by politely asking the SM to please refrain from using any verbally abusive language. I would then proceed by taking screenshots or gathering any other form of evidence. After that I would hand the evidence over to one of my higher ups to let him/her handle the situation accordingly.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
If someone was being harassed on the forums, I would first advise the person who is being harassed to keep a calm and professional manner. I would then proceed to the other person and give him a warning to not harass anybody no matter what. I would then gather evidence especially if the offender continues then I would continue to gather evidence before either going to a higher up, or making a decision on how the offender should be punished.
