The title speaks for itself, but if you don't know what TPR is, (which means you haven't played on the RUST server), it's a method of teleporting to a person VIA request. Why might we need this? Well, things like FFA's in the SSR are a pain in the ass to go to for people that spawn outside of the main base that hasn't bought Tier 2. Not only this, but it could prevent the hassle of finding a squad during an event on a huge map. However, there should be limitations to this. Such limitations are as followed:
5-minute cooldown on sending a TPR unless said TPR was ignored or declined
20 TPR's every day
TPR's happen in 15-30 seconds of the request being accepted
If the person you're teleporting to is shooting or is being fired upon, the TPR will be canceled. (Prevents people from TPing during a combat situation which avoids accidental TK or killing everything as soon as they TP)
If the person using TPR is getting attack or is attacking something, the TPR request will be canceled. (Prevents a method of combat logging)
The person you TPR to must be on solid ground. (Prevents people from killing others VIA TPR.)
If a player sent a TPR request to you, another person can't send one until you deal with the pre-existing one. (Prevents spam)
You cannot TPR multiple people at a time.
Although these could be adjusted, I think this is a good addition if done correctly.
