Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less):I am a regular town girl, I've lived in Sweden, and then movied to America when i was really young. I am generally a silly and nice person, but I can also be very serious if I need to be, I am open to communicate with anyone and I'm always there to listen to people if they are having a hard time with things regarding real life issues or just game issues really. I tend to make jokes which are not really that much of a big deal but usually people have a good laugh from them. I honestly hate seeing people upset, frustrated or angry and I try my best to cheer them up or to talk some sense into them or to just help them get the problem off their chest.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I have 6 days playtime, but i have been around since last summer, I know this profile was made today but if you ask maddox, he can confirm i have been around that long.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I would say because of my age and experience with garrys mod communities, plus i am easy to get a long with if you don't backstab me, and do your job properly. I also believe I offer a good contribution to the server. Some people do know me, and know that I can be very fair and mature about a lot of situations. I have knowledge and experience with multiple ranks which all hold different responsibilities and are quite different from each other which means I know what I can and cannot do as a certain rank and I know what's expected of me when I am that certain rank. When I dealt with people breaking rules or ruining other people's experience on the server, I always made sure to listen to both sides carefully and I tried to make my final action as fair as possible, by judging on their playtime on the server and if they had any previous bans/kicks/warnings, and If i couldn't come to a decision I always watched the player/s to see their actions further on in the game. Whenever I saw a member of the community (new or not) get a warning or a ban with not a justified reason or a good reason in general I always talked to the member of the staff team to ask them why they did what they have to see if it really was justified or was a biased move from them. So really what I'm trying to say here is that I know I got what it takes to be a good staff member. I am not a biased person who will make decisions which are influenced on my relations with the people involved, that I am a reachable person and I accept constructive criticism from the members of community (As long as it's not disrespectful but it's helpful
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): By bringing good suggestions which i have already done so far, and keeping the server clean, and clear of all trolls and minges, and also guiding people in the right direction, these are the newer people of course. Showing them what's right, what's wrong and how to play in a fun way which doesn't ruin others' experience. By spreading general knowledge and helping others get on with their roleplaying. Other things which I am capable of is obviously what other staff members are doing, replying to reports and sorting out a situation and taking people into admin sits to talk to them about their actions/story on what happened. I am hoping also to help the community by trying to get rid of dead weights who bring the community down and these are the people who are negative, rude, breaking rules and ruining others' experience and by rid I mean either helping them understand that this behaviour isn't acceptable in any way or banning them if they simply fail to understand.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): My personality, and professionalism with all my experience with garrys mod servers. And if i was to be accepted i am easily approachable and you won't have to worry about me messing up as a staff, I am good at what I do and would be glad to prove. I have the patience and the amount of experience as a staff member whether its a serious rp or not. I've basically a enforcer on gaming communities. Everytime i'm not in game, either staff without the permissions or busy in a sit always requests me to ban or give out their fate. I will enforce rules to others if they are not followed. Also i know some kids on the server who may dislike me because of the harsh punishments i gave them, but it was for the best.
