Yo, name is Spencer and I am a 18 year old weeb that plays to many games. Recently graduated high school and is currently/applying for night time shift. Have plans on going to college for computer science and video production. KnoWn to be friendly to people, even when they may have wronged me. I should stop being to polite because I once asked a waitress in a restaurant while we are ordering food if it was alright if I can have a Dr Pepper.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
For a while now I been wanting to help forum staff with my experience, been wanting to give myself something else to do besides sleep, especially since I get bored watching YouTube and gaming. I also have been watching forums lately and been noticing that forum topics are not being properly taken care of.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum):
I consider that I can bring my many things. First of all my ocd, reason why I name a disease I haven't been diagnosed yet is because I am able to keep things in a orderly fashion. Another thing I can bring is my time and friendliness vibe, this would allow me to cooperate with people easy specially since I have a almost a year and a decent amount of people know me. The last thing is my experience from Head Game maker and Senior Forum Staff, which allows me to keep cool headed during interesting situations, it also helps when a person knows how to work with his tools with efficiency.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum):
The reason why I should be picked over other applicants is a decent amount of reasons. I have previous experience due to being a Senior Forum Staff, am able to stay cool and collective during interesting situations, and took some time off to clear my head of any doubt. I also have experience within SCP so I am able to deal with almost any situation within it. I also have time due to me being within revival almost a year.

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically):
Am able to stay decently active depending on my work schedule, but for now I'm going to be very active.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes):
Nothing.....Yet?
How active will you be on the community’s TS?:
Decently active due to buying a private donator channel

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
Send both partys a private message asking their side of the story, determine the best course of action after talking to someone that may know more if needed, and deploy the necessary punishment after getting the situation fully looked at.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 word recommended)
Edit the post and replace the nsfw words with stars. After doing that I would post a verbal warning indicating that he would be punished and possibly revoked from posting on the thread.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
I would remind him of the rules while taking screenshots/recordings. If the person still doesn't comply then I would contact forum manager and his higher ranking and let them know the situation while showing them the evidence.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
I would send the abuser a private message indicating that any further action that is seen as harassment against the person would result in harsh punishment. I would also send the person thats being abused a private message asking what is going on.
