Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My names Jake im 18 years old from Boston Ma. I like to meet new people and like to have fun when i can. Right now im still in High School but when i get out next year i plan on enlisting into the U.S Army. I also make YouTube videos my channels not that big but im ok with that because i only do it to have fun. Other then that i have nothing i don’t have that many friends that i still hang with so most of my time is playing games.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I believe that i'm a better candidate because of the fact that i do have staff experience and have been staff on a few servers before. I’m a good leader and a good teamplayer. I love helping people out has much i can. I've gone through a lot over the past 2 years and i believe that if a player is having a really bad day and it's taking out of his rp experience i could help them turn their day around and help them get back to having fun on the server. I know from being in game for over 5 weeks that when you first join the server it’s hard to know how the staff will do there job and that’s why i want to join the staff here i want to make the newer player feel safe and that if anything happens to them someone will be there to help them out.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on benefiting the server by providing a nice and happy environment where everyone can have a fun and safe time rping and not having to worry about people fail rping and commenting RDM. i plan on helping everyone out whenever they need it. It’s the job of the staff to make sure that all the players have a good and fun time on the server and that’s what i plan to do.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I think i stand out more due to the fact that i'm an outgoing person if anyone ever needs anything if i have it or am able to help them i'll be the first one right here and if they need something i can’t do i always try to help them to the best i can. I’m always the one to volunteer for stuff say some other staff has a night shift and they can’t make it if they ask me to take it for them if i don’t have school or work the next day i would 100% help them out.

If they keep on doing it i would warn them after that if they still kept doing it i would kick them.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when someone breaks IC and or breaks a server rule
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): i would bring them into a sit explain to them that what they did was FailRP and give them a warning if it was really bad i would kick and or ban them depending on what they did.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): As A staff member i would cloak myself and then tp the player who rdmed and ask them why they did it, after they explain i would give them a warning for RDM and ask them not to do it. If the kill feed happens again i would bring them back and tell them that they have to stop RDMing and kick them telling them come back when you really want to rp. If they came back and did it again i would after for a higher staff member to help tell them what has happened so they could take further action.

If they did it again i would warn them if it keeps happening i would kick them and ask them to come back when they're ready to rp.

IC: It stands for In Character and this is used to talk about stuff in game. This is used to talk about your character and what is happening in game. This is to be used when reacting or talking to players in game and not for Out Of Character stuff.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would pull them to a sit and ask them what was going on after they told me i would tell them that a OOC fight should never be brought into IC after that i would try and help them get along if they couldn't i would ask them to try to keep ooc chat in ooc and ic chat to the game
