What's your name in-game? How long do you have in-game?: Vermin, and counting my past and current surfacing, about a year now.
Do you have any bans/warns?: Only warn still on my record would be that first day Staff Murder. Shot them right after my trainer said I could shoot anyone in the SSR. He wasn't a good trainer.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.): Still got everything from when I was a GM 6 months back in my memory, so a lil' refresher on today's operating ways is all I really need.
How active will you be on the server?: It's summer and I don't got a job or responsibilities, so I get on about 3 times a day for over 12 hours most of the time.
Days, Hours Of Availability: 9:30 AM CST - 11:00 PM CST every day, approximately. More time on good occasions.
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): To reference my last application, I'm still in fact quite interested in Halo's lore and always try to push out the same magic the series and the comics gave the fan base, as well as throwing in my own twists and gimmicks along the way to spice things up. I'm glad to see more exciting and different events from this combination of old and new GMs, and I'd be more than happy to join them once more to really show what I can do now that I'm free from distractions and toxic groups. Again, I'm still currently an active Dungeon Master for a few friends for years now, and the experience of not controlling but building a world of opportunity and freedom around the players definitely ties into my RP for the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words): I plan to assist the GameMaster team as I once did and felt like I failed by getting depressed and leaving without notice, so I return once again to fulfill the promises I made and plan to keep. I will introduce new stories and campaigns with vastly alternating endings based on every choice made up till the final mission, full of wonderful victories with spoils of war, or heart-wrenching failures with consequences staining the very souls of man.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do (List something other than Cloak, Ban ,Kick ,Warn ,TP ,Maul ,Slay ,Gag): !god makes you invincible, !blind can, well, blind people, !armor can set someone's armor, !ignite can light people on fire, !jailtp brings a player and jails them in a box, !slap can slap a player and can have set damage values, !strip removes all weapons and tools from the person, !freeze can stop a player from moving, !ragdoll makes a player fall down in ragdoll, and !jail just jails someone in place.
What is In character and what is Out of character?: In Character, or IC, is when the current action (talking, RP, or killing) is done in-game and is done by your character, meaning that they are held accountable for the action and can be punished for it. Out Of Character, or OOC, is when the current action (Talking in an OOC channel, typing in OOC, shooting in the SSR while in an OOC Area Zone) is done in-game by you but doesn't go against your character specifically, though minging around in OOC can still be punishable, just not to your character.
Are you willing to work with a Game Maker Team?: Yes. While I know I might have to change my plans around other GMs to make everyone happy and able to understand the mission, and also know that I might get frustrated with doing such, being a part of a team is worth it when it comes to working together instead of alone.
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?: From my experience, a GameMaker is meant to help or even make a whole event on the server, either by developing a story and using their vast array of tools to put together the scene and NPCs for the players to either help or kill. It is a GameMaker's duty to keep everyone's attention on the screen when it comes to the event they worked so hard to make, not through force, but through a gripping story.
Give us a full event idea you have. (3 Paragraphs):
A Deployment mission. At first, the UNSC is deployed temporarily to an uninhabited planet, or one that they believe is such, to scout out for possible points of interest to see if the planet would be viable for later deployments in case of an emergency or the current base of operations is unusable. Everything would appear normal to the distracted and the unfocused eye, but eventually the more cautious of the UNSC will notice something's not right. Lost gear, faded dog tags, broken defenses... It'll be clear that something happened.
After they discover the evidence and clues of former personnel being on the planet, including a few rotten corpses and remains and the possible data cache, everyone will realize that this so-called uninhabited planet was an unlogged UNSC Colony Planet. Although rare and requiring the planet to be completely unregistered from when it was originally discovered, it is entirely possible for some planets and even inhabited ones to be forgotten and unchecked for years at a time. The Resurrection detachment will have to dig through the history of the planet, from logs to last notes from soldiers, to discover the untimely fate of their formers.
With a new breed of plague disturbing their crops and an unfathomable storm disrupting and destroying outward communication and structures for over a month, the soldiers and civilians eventually succumbed to starvation and passed away, forgotten... Although there are no hostiles located on the planet, sometimes you don't need an enemy to lose everything you love.
Did any current Gamemaker refer you to apply? If so who?: I asked King about GMs one day and apologized for leaving without notice. I was forgiven and allowed to re-apply and that was like a month ago. Finally getting this application in, sorry King!
I, Vibes, agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties unless there is 0 staff on. I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not abuse my powers.

I, Vibes, swear to uphold the server rules and enforce them and to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's and to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I, Vibes, are found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other consequences that are deemed necessary.
