I do not have KIK neither do I plan on getting it due to how massively
uncomfortable I am with it. I would rather not get into the details why I am not comfortable with getting KIK.

No I am not staff on a different server. And I am willing to dedicate as much time as I possibly
can provided if Real Life does not interfere at the time.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.):
I have been both a Co-Owner of several servers before they shut down. As well as a Event Master / Maker AKA Game Maker. So I have plenty of experience in staffing both as an event maker and co-owner. But I could always use more experience. There's ALWAYS room for improvement after all.
How active will you be on the server?
I try to be active as much as I can be, it really all depends on my real life schedule at the time or if I am on vacation with friends and family, or if there is a massive Real Life issue that is consisting of alot of drama and I am unable to make it on. But I will normally always do my best to inform people when I am and when I am not available. As well as have a good idea of how long i'll be gone.

Which is around 2:00 PM - 12:00 PM Pacific / Western Time.
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I do not think I am a better candidate than other candidates. I do have flaws just as much as everyone does. As that is merely human, I do however like to consider myself when it comes to needing to be 100% serious in the moment, I will infact drop whatever it is im doing and take the situation seriously and with the highest respect. Another note I have had past experiences with making events on several different servers before. I also consider myself to be the type that comes up with a good engaging story for the people involved in it instead of rushing an event out simply because people are bored.
Either way, I know my limits when it comes to staff position and what they are allowed to do and not do.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
My plan for benefiting the server is by making high quality events that will make the players feel engaged and welcomed to the server. Such as making the player feel like he or she is part of the story in a meaningful way instead of making them feel like they're just sitting on the sidelines watching from afar. I am also hoping that my events, will attract more players to the server and encourage players too be a bit more serious than what they can sometimes be. As I have had my fair share with dealing with minges that can ruin events for just about everyone.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: cloak,ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,):
!Giveammo - Can either be used to give ammo to self or several players, or all players.
!Freeze - Freezes a player preventing them from doing anything aside from talking
!Ragdoll - Ragdolls a player making them pretty much motionless like a real doll
!Slap - Slaps a player, sending them flying around for a certain amount of time and damage
!God - Gods a player, preventing them from dying from either props or weapons
!HP - Sets a player or players HP to a certain amount
!Ignite - Sets a player on fire for a certain amount of seconds
!Slap - Slaps a player for a certain amount of damage
!Vote - Starts a vote, such as either change map, rate event etc etc
!Whip - Whips a player for a certain amount of damage and time.
What is In character and what is Out of character?
In Character - Is a conversation or event between two created characters in roleplay terms, would not know about certain events such as if it was a secret that Master Chief was KIA then the standard marine would not know about it.
This also transfers towards the /radio command / chatter on the server. OOC things such as "what im cooking for dinner" should not be put in radio. Unless if it's an actual in character thing thats happening. Like the higher-ranks radio-ing in about the mess hall and such.
Out Of Character - Is a conversation or event between two people as a whole. Does not fit into roleplay terms, allowing people to talk about topics in real life, make jokes and talk about the event as a whole such as their opinions and thoughts on it. Does not affect the person's character!
Best to use the /ooc chat when you have a real life topic to talk about or the //.. command if it is local OOC instead of global OOC
Are you willing to work with a Game Maker Team?
Yes I am willing to work with a GM team, as long as it is within each others comfort levels. AKA no one being forced to do what it is they do not want to do.
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
The purpose of a GM is to bring events to life in the server, make players feel engaged in a well-written story and hopefully inspire team-work between the players as a bonus. In other words a Game Maker is quite literally a interactive story teller.
Another purpose of a GM is to be able to adapt to a player's actions, choices, so on so forth.
in other words, try to make the event as smooth as possible without giving into under pressure

It has been a long while since the new group that calls themself "Project Sigma" has attacked the UNSC and SoS forces. The last they were heard of was on a low populated planet where the leader's name "Dice" or his real name "Vasiliv Tarkov" was discovered
Things quickly esculate at both the UNSC station and SoS planet as the new group "Project Sigma" suddenly decides to re-emerge with the full power of their fleet. Doing a combined jointed attack at both places in hopes of preventing either side from aiding eachother.
Infiltrators among the UNSC forces on the station would also reveal themselves and join in on the attack in hopes of wiping out the UNSC forever. The objective being to survive and defend as best as they possibly can.
The enemy fleet of Sigma forces would at first be hard to repel until UNSC reinforcements arrive with a fleet of their own in which they manage to drive off the Sigma forces successfully, but not before both UNSC and SoS forces would have taken heavy losses. As well as having intercepted / tracked down where Sigma forces have fled to.
After a small debate it is decided to gather the remaining forces that they have leftover to bring the final fight to them on a planet known as Prime IV. After arriving on the planet, they are greeted with heavy enemy fire from AA guns.
Baseplate / UNSC command gives orders for Army and Marines to attack the main base, Which they are greeted with heavy resistance from Sigma forces before they can take out the AA guns. SoS's mission other than engaging the remaining enemy fleet is to help extract any prisoners they find, although they come across test subjects that have either already transformed into something horrible. Or have a small window of time to rescue them before they can share the same fate.
ONI and ONI attachments are ordered to track down "Dice" and at all costs to kill on sight. After finding Dice, he injects himself with the same virus he had created. (Resulting in more or less a boss battle AKA, alot of HP)
After Dice is killed the a majority of the Sigma forces surrender, while some manage to escape in cloaked ships of their own. Promising that one day they will exact revenge and this time, Succeed...?
I <Zul Dromoth> Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.
